Fine location and good to have free parking.

Some of decor and fittings could benefit from refurbishment.

Not very luxurious but that was not expected. Still quite good beds. Nice surrounding, and plenty next time we should take time to borrow kayaks or at least go for a swim. 20 min walk to downtown, quite ok on a nice summer evening. Breakfast good.

Personal had not made up bed for all of us. We had to fix it ourselves as staff had left.

Our room was too hot on the top floor. Difficult sleep. The heat was not very child friendly. Noisy road right outside the apartments. Apartment was facing the road. Not a single hook in the room or bathroom.

A low budget, simple standard place to stay. I did not expect high quality, we were three ladies traveling and there were bunk beds. But it worked perfectly, we got what we expected. Nice location, a small pier/beach area, where it was possible to rent a canoe, play volleyball, jump from the pier, wade out from a tiny beach, fresh water to rinse in. Free parking. A very nice breakfast buffet. Taxi to the city on a Saturday evening was around 200 kr. It is the perfect spot for a low budget stay in Kragerø.

It was a very warm day, and there were no aircondition and no fan. Especially the bunkbed top got hot. I would have like the one closest to the window to have been made up for sleeping, not the one furthest into the room. But. You know. I could not get the wifi to function. Other than that, I have no complaint. It was a very nice place. I recommend it. :)

Missing cutting board in kitchen, soap and toilet paper were very low. No shower soap.

Kragerø Sportell had a great location in the middle of a fjord with walking distance to the center of Kragerø. The apartment was of a high standard and had a great location at the pier. The kitchen had all the equipment and there was both a dishwasher and a stove. The apartment had multi-channel TV and free wireless internet. Due to Covid-19, the breakfast room and other parts of the facility were closed. The on-site staff appeared to be gentle and service minded.

The mattresses in the bunk beds were too soft. There had been a water leak in the kitchen cabinet and the plate here should have been repaired. A plank on the balcony had broken and should have been repaired. Upon arrival, the garbage basket in the kitchen was not emptied.
