not a lot, it was a bed for the nights

very poor kitchen, only a couple of very old pots and pans, no dishwasher, very little crockery. I like to cook when I am away. I managed one meal and eat out the other days. Had a cheek to request £150 deposit before handing over the keys for possible loss, damage, and breakage. the whole contents of the house was probably less than that! in all it was a necessity as I had to stay somewhere and only booked at 7pm on the day.

Lack of complimentary tea and coffee ect some how to get in and out of the apartment I didn't like how they came across with the rules over deposits felt a little heavy handed

Big cobwebs above and behind doors. Blinds dirty when pulled down. Outside entrance like a giant ashtray of fag ends....dozens if not hundreds of them. Outer door and keysafe not numbered so had to guess when matching key to locks. One night the key entry to alley didn't work.....another 3 nights the same door was swinging open. Expected better for nearly £100 a night.

The place is tidy & near by market

The location was good and the property was warm and pleasant. There is a car park opposite and off street parking after 6pm. The manager was helpful each time we had a query.

The entrance to the property could do with a clean as it was very dirty and gives the wrong impression of property as it is a lot more pleasant inside. However, the property could do with a deep clean.

Modern clean flooring. Quiet. Double bedroom was peaceful and bed good. TVs in both rooms a nice idea.

Hard to find...there is another property at the other end of the road with the same no. Luckily the owner was v responsive by phone so we got verbal directions. Felt like a grotty night out overnighter. Combination locked door from street had been kicked down. Carpet leading to flat was revoltingly dirty..nasty. door of flat had a piece of paper with the number written on. No handsoap whatsoever. Biggest issue ..inside, the second bedroom was ridiculously small.. only just fit a v narrow single bed. And stank of stale cigarettes. My daughter has autism and sensitive to smells and we just couldn't stay, so left after 1 of 3 paid nights. I complained to owner, who didn't offer refund. Kitchen equipments dirty...tray in oven dirty, and two small trays in cupboard were caked with oil. Cutlery not properly clean. kitchen drainer dirty.
