Nothing!

1 - it’s not the house advertised on booking.com it’s a totally different house and has nothing on it. The feeling we had it is as if we’re mugged off. 2 - the host completely rude, with no manners, arrogant 3 - the house advertised was full oh mirrors, but in reality only one small mirror in the bathroom fixed in the wall, which it was dark and cold bathroom 4 - Host provide only 2 towels, no towels to dry the plates and not even a separated towel to dry the bathroom. Nothing! 5 - the bathroom has no box, or curtains or protector for the water spilling, every time we took shower the whole bathroom was flooded with water, that could be even dangerous as people could fall. 6 - No contact whatsoever with the host, they weren’t interested in solving any type of problems. The fact that we booked this place was because in the advertise the house was well equipped with mirror, so we could dress up, do our makeup, get dressed. We called to booking.com to say what happened with the false advertise we even try to ignore the fact that it was a completely different house but our only request was to tell the hosts to get us a mirror and we’ve got completely ignored by the host. This place shouldn’t been on a site like that. To make it simple, the place it’s literally unliveable. It’s from a horror film. The treatment, the response from them was the worse I’ve ever had! ( ps: I do travel a lot ) and I’m contacting the booking.com support to tell them to take this property from being advertised on the site, as it is a false advertising it’s not the actual property, and what they offer is inaccurate/ unacceptable. I do not recommend! Not even for my worse enemy. Thank you hosts for the worse experience I’ve had in my life.!

No hot water Radiators downstairs don't work Poor internet connection Light on stairs doesn't work When you switch in showers...2 seconds later they switch off..you have to keep holding the on button till you finish showering. Host doesn't respond to queries

The place was not clean.

the house was unacceptable in terms of cleanliness, the toilets were in poor condition and the carpets in the bedrooms were very dirty with black spots just from sticky chewing gum.
