Possibly the best villa we have ever stayed in. Nice rooms, good beds, kitchen was fine, nice private pool. Close to beach, restaurants and supermarket. We could check-out late, since no one had the villa after us.

Could use a bit more equipment in the kitchen. Water pressure in shower (and thus temperature) changes frequently. In October it is a disadvantage that the pool is in the shade most of the day. Chairs on one of the terraces soon need replacement.

For a young family the location is perfect, you can walk to the beach in 1 minute, the area is quiet but close enough to shops and restaurants. The Villa had everything we needed. Nikos the host was great, very pleasant to deal with and was happy to help with anything.

Breakfast was not included. Would be great to include a basket for brekkie first morning (ie. bread butter cheeses jams milk etc)

Absolutely beautiful villa extremely modern with every amenity possible, from washing machine and dryer to a lift. Would confidently recommend as it's totally worth it. Its right near the beach too.

Location was perfect, you could hear the sound of the sea on the balcony. Quiet area, no sounds of heavy traffic. The house is spacious and area is safe. Supermarket and restaurants on walking distance. Our hostes Chryssa was very helpful from the very beginning and all the communication was easy via whatsapp. We got good ideas where to go and she e.g. organized us a rental car, which was delivered to the house.

This is not a criticism about the property as such but it is a very ‘smart’ was a bit too teccy for me. I could not for the life of me close shutters and put correct lighting on!! younger people would probably love it!

The villa is a few steps from the beach and walking distance to Restaurants and shops. It is ultra modern,beautifully furnished and even has a lift to take you to the amazing roof terrace. We felt safe and secure thanks to the electric shutters and high tech security system. Chryssa and Nikos were amazing and so helpful recommending some lovely restaurants. Thank you Nikos for looking after us from beginning to end even delivering new wine glasses for our night in. we also really appreciated you arranging a late check out so we could enjoy our last day in comfort. We will definitely be back
