Apartment was exactly as described. Very comfortable and clean. Host was very responsive and location is very central. Would highly recommend.

Rubbish on main street outside building was piled high. Not the fault of the host but was unsightly.

Excellent choice for location, facilities and service. Everything was perfect, nothing to add.

The location was perfect. the host answered all my questions immediately before we travelled. The apartment was clean and was perfect for what we wanted.

Very modern, well equipped apartment close to main square and Jewish Quarter. Lots of convenience shops nearby too. Comfy beds, plentiful facilities, toiletries and good Wi-Fi as well as accommodating hosts who kindly provided travel cot and Christmas decorations on request.

Some personal belongings seemed to have been left from previous guests (toothbrushes/hairbrushes/flip flops) and dishwasher still had kitchen items left in on our arrival as well as rubbish bags beside the front door. Didn’t impact our stay but did let the look of the otherwise lovely apartment down slightly.

This apartment is in a great location 15 minutes walk from the main square in Krakow so everything you might need is very close by. It is very well decorated, clean and well appointed with three double beds, a large living room area and a kitchen area. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite and television while the other two don't. One of the others has a large walk in wardrobe which was handy for keeping our suitcases out of the way. The main living area shares space with the kitchen and has a large screen television on the wall complete with Netflix access. One night of our stay it dropped to around -14C outside but the apartment stayed nice and warm the entire time. Wifi is available and worked very well.

Only a small thing but the pillows on the beds squashed down to almost nothing. Not something to put me off returning but worth a mention. A good nights sleep is essential :-)

Very clean, comfy beds, walkable to everything, supermarkets nearby, very helpful owner, you can store your luggage if your flight is later in the day, quiet location despite being near the railway

One of the bathrooms is only accessible from one of the bedrooms -it didn’t really matter to us but worth knowing. Living area is adequate but quite small.

Unfortunately, the only negative was that the pillows weren't fantastic.

Great little coffee shop right next to the apartments. Very good breakfast options. The apartment is on the 4th floor and facing the courtyard so nice and quiet. There is a lift! :-) Lots of handy little shops within 2 min walk

Hope next time we come to stay the rebuilding of the railway bridge will be finished!

It was perfect

close to everything, secure building, clean with all amenities.

stairs are steep, upstairs bathroom is in a bedroom, other bedroom guests had to go downstairs at night. upstairs bath occasionally had bad odor

Impeccably clean and the host's communication was great. This housed our family of 5 (3 teenagers) for a few days. We were very comfortable and each had our own space. Our trip was delayed due to traffic but it was no issue once we got there.

Parking can be rough, but there's a 24 hr parking lot not far (5 min walk) that wasn't expensive.

The location was perfect and we felt safe. The beds were very comfortable. We liked being able to control the temperature in each room separately.

We would have liked to have had a microwave oven so I could re-heat my coffee and leftovers and also to make microwave popcorn. We would like if there would be recycling containers for glass containers and plastic containers (assuming the city has a recycling program.)

The apartment was beautiful. Very clean and had everything we needed. Fab location 10 mins from main square. Even put special touches of cake and martini with banners up for my partners birthday. Would definitely stay again.

What a fabulous apartment. So clean, perfect location, excellent value for money. Good communication with owner. We were able to leave our luggage in the apartment on the final day as we had a late flight. It was great that the apartment had things like tea/coffee and shampoo/shower gel. Nicely decorated, comfortable and modern. Would highly recommend

The only thing I would suggest is a hanging rail or somewhere to put clothes

loved everything. Clean and very comfortable. Good location for the square and the bars and restaurants in the Jewish quarter. Has everything you need got a very comfortable stay in a beautiful city.
