Everything was lovely and it was super clean.

75 steps to reach our room (21 ) is was ok for us but if anyone booked with disabilities they would have struggled. My husband has asthma and he had to stop a few times getting up the steps

Breakfast was a 6 min walk away in a restaurant. There were 4 options to order. Restaurant was modern, clean, and staff was very friendly. Food was amazing!

Apartment was very small, beds were queen size as opposed kings as advertised. Everything was dusty, the coffee maker was even full of dust. Power cords missing switch covers so couldn’t be used. Street in front of apartment covered in dog feces. Several time people tried to unlock our apartment door in the middle of the night. We had to call to request new towels and garbage bags, they brought some the next day but did not dust or make the beds. Furnishings and decor were modern and nice.

The apartment was transformed into a 2 bedroom so the living room was converted and had no window shutter making it hard to sleep in the morning

The apartment itself was fantastic, couldn't fault it. Location was perfect a 5 minute walk to the main square. Really well set out for a studio flat with much more space than anticipated. Bed was huge and so comfortable, bathroom perfect with generous supplies and the kitchenette was ideal.

The only thing which let it down was the receptionist when we picked up the keys. I had no issue with the theory of picking up keys from a different location but when asking for directions something other than 'you'd be better off using google' and an unclear map would have nice. As it turns out it's actually quite easy to find if your Google is working (mine wasn't so we spent 20 minutes wandering aimlessly).

Lovely location, very close to the main centre as suggested. It was obviously cold outside but the apartment was kept so hot and very welcoming when we got there. Good facilities and great value for money. Nice to have an apartment stay rather than a hotel sometimes.

Only 1 pillow and noone to ask for extra as the reception is in another apartment block which we found strange, not the end of the world but still a nice extra to have. Also A LOT of stairs as we were the top apartment and no mention of this on the booking and there isn't a lift. My dad isn't disabled so didn't think it would be fair to ask for a disability access however does have mobility issues and this was a bit of an issue.

could have been such a lovely hotel as pictures look lovely.

Sadly I didn’t enjoy my stay as much as I thought I would have… from the pictures I thought wow looks modern and really well done up. However, it wasn’t. The looks aren’t everything I wasn’t put off by that, I was put off by a weird strong smell. I could smell it when I first came in, my friend who also stayed in the same hotel came in my room and the word she used was “foisty” and the bathroom was horrible to be in - the smell was like bad drains coming up. Horrible to be in. bed had mould on bed sheets which I’m guessing from just letting it go damp after washing. First day we got there we found out we had to walk from our hotel to a different hotel to get the keys from the apartment which was a 6 minute walk and a 6 minute walk back. Annoying but not a massive issue just wish I’d known sooner so we could have been dropped off there as I had no message to say I had to walk to get the keys but my friend luckily did or I would have no been able to get in our hotel!! I did message the hotel when I first arrived saying I was outside but couldn’t get in and I couldn’t get a response… not even read it when I’ve just checked now. You need a code to get in to the apartment block so I thought lovely I’ll feel safe enough but the first night we’d came home from a meal and after we’d typed the code in and got in there was a homeless man lying outside one of the doors. I don’t know about anyone else but it made me feel uncomfortable. The Saturday night was the worst. We had got back from a day out in Krakow and all gone back to our Rooms and I was getting undressed ready for a shower before we go out and someone kept knocking at our door so I just assumed it was my friend as she was on the next floor to me, answered and it was a very drunk man trying to get in our room, SCARY! If shut the door and locked it telling him to go away.

We liked the location. The friendly stuff. Warm house and outside was -10c.

loved how spacious the room was, had everything we needed and loved the location so close to the main square! Such good value for money couldn't believe it - will definitely be staying here if we visit Krakow again in the future.

Don't bother with breakfast, waste of money (and plastic). Traveled by car, they didn't give parking despite a request made. Fortunately, found a cheaper park on the road close by.
