- Big room with AC and TV - Comfortable bed, nice bathroom - Clean enviroment - Spacious closet - Space for parking inside - Self-service kitchen with stuffed fridge with delicious things! They were so nice to me and helpful with tips and other advices about my trip to Maranello and around Modena. Thank You, guys! :)

The rooms are very nicely decorated and set up. All very well organized and good location for exploring. The owner is taking care of guests very well.

This is the most modern apartment I’ve been in! Super clean, comfortable bed and pillows. Very nice kitchen with breakfast available. Elisa and staff were all very friendly and informative.

Not very close to the center of Modena if you need to end up walking. You also have to walk through (not the nicest) neighborhood. There is a bus that runs pretty close to the apartment however.

Clean room, great communication with the owner. close to downtown.

The bed was very uncomfortable. We didn’t sleep much since it was a hard mattress.

I liked the enterior it was really creative up to the smallest details. It could be seen that an engineer's hand was in the planning:) Elisa was really nice, and hospitable.

I did not like the breakfast, it was "Covid Safe" wich can be the advantage on one hand if you like prepackaged food, but i prefer fresh croissant, and bakery products, cheese, ham from locals.

The rooms were very clean and so comfortable. Slept so well here! I loved the style of the rooms - felt like it was my own apartment in modena.

Modern, comfortable with easy access to city centre via frequent bus. Short walk from railway station. My room, Daytona, had a good balcony. Helpful welcome from Deborah.

Rooms were spacious & very clean. We had balconies on our rooms which were great. There was a community fridge with space allocated for each separate room - there were 4 rooms - 2 with balconies & 2 without. We would definitely recommend the rooms with balconies. The owner, Elisa, who lived on the property, was very nice & tried to be helpful - we did not see much of her though

Breakfast included means food was provided but you had to make it yourself & clean up afterwards which really isn’t my idea of breakfast included. There was very few restaurants within walking distance. A car is almost a necessity. We are walkers so it was okay without a car but we walked many miles to restaurants.

bathroom is style over function. shower lacks power and there are no shelves or cupboards so sits on loo seat and bidet or stool/tables.
