Perfect location to the palace of Versailles, room was a bit cramped between bed and desk.food choices were great for the breakfasts The front desk lady was very helpful.

The mini fridge was not cold enough. The TV turns itself on whenever you come into the room. The grounds and gardens needed weeded and spruced up. The stairs from the parking to the front entrance needs a ramp to drag luggage up and down, rather than expecting guests to carry luggage and climb stairs.

The hotel was well located in Versailles within walking distance to the chateau.

The hotel does not have direct street access. We had to drop off our suitcases on the street and carry them down two flights of stairs. There wasn't anyone there to help with carrying the luggage up the stairs to street level. The rooms are quite small and outdated.

Location was brilliant. Rooms were very fitting for Versailles. Beds were large and comfortable. Everything was clean. Chocolates on bed were a lovely touch. Parking was excellent (although very narrow to enter). Needed a fob to get out which was inconvenient as had to go back in to get it and block driveway. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly.

Arrived towards end of breakfast sitting. Hardly anything left. Had to help myself to crockery and cutlery. Man working didn’t even want to clear a table for us.

Close to the palace (We recommend to book a guided tour). Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was great!

The bathroom had no shelves to put your stuff on. Parking seems complicated, I parked on the street above with the risk to get a ticket...well I guess the French meter maids don't work on weekends anyway :)

There are lot of things that we liked - - Location was superb both from the Station and the Versailles Palace (this was just a 3-4 min walk) - Room ambience and size were excellent. The overall comfort level was simply superb. Wall to wall carpet and a separate closet area attached to a nice and clean bathroom were really appreciable. The towels provided were very soft. - Room was pretty warm despite the fact that the outside temperature was pretty low and soggy - All the eateries and shopping areas were just a few minutes of walk - Staffs were very nice and helpful - Breakfast was very good

Honestly, I liked almost everything at the hotel. Nothing really to complain

no hanger in bathroom, very bad extra bed, not comfortable and loose, not sound protected, can hear any step in room over. expensive for that service! bad electricity facilities (for dryer, some holes). very used some surface.

the shower didn’t drain properly, the wallpaper was peeling in places, a bit rundown everywhere and the noise insulation not very good :-/

The hotel is lovely inside, our room was huge. The location of this hotel is it’s best aspect, as it right next to the Palace of Versailles. It’s in a quiet street with ample cafes and boulongeries close by. Definitely recommend this hotel, super value for money.

Staff were friendly and the check in and out process was relatively smooth and quick. The hotel style was nice and the bed was big. The location is obviously close to the Palace and neighboring bars and cafes in the area.

Soaps in the room had not been refilled or checked if they needed to be refilled before our check in and we noticed this a bit too late in the shower. The bed wasn't super comfortable but not the worst. The toilet seat was broken as well but no major complaints.

Thought the Hotel would be grander

A perfect location for visiting the Palace of Versailles with a 5 minute walk to the gates of the Palace. The reason for the visit was my wifes 50th birthday so the choice of hotel had to be on point. The hotel didn't disappoint. On arrival we were met by Edith on reception who kindly upgraded us to a Premier Suite, which was wonderful. In fact throughout our stay Edith was very helpful in providing information and always had a smile. The bonus of the underground parking for the car was great. Be aware though SUV's may struggle a little but careful navigation you're good to go. The walk to the train station is only a 15 minute walk so good access to and from Paris. A lovely hotel and would definitely recommend!

The only down side was the reception from the breakfast team, in particular Patrick, who met me with a grunt in the morning instead of a warm welcome. All of the staff were very friendly but this one gentleman lets the side down I'm afraid.

The hotel is across the street from Chateau Versailles, but quiet. Staff bilingual and very helpful. Underground garage and excellent breakfast (both of which you pay extra for, but worth it). Very close ro several restaurants.

Perfect location, we could see the palace from our window. Really close to restaurants, market and cafes. Staff were really friendly and happy to help. Room was really lovely, good temperature, really spacious and clean, a real double bed, not 2 singles pushed together.

The bedroom is tired and needs a refurb (sockets hanging off walls, lights not working, doors a bit battered) but very good for the price.
