Das Frühstück war ausreichend und gut. Die Lage ist top, direkt am Messegelände.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, und tut wirklich alles um einem den Aufenthalt so schön wie Möglich zu machen, das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und vielseitig, die Preise sind in Ordnung.

Ich bin Stammgast im Hampton, komme regelmäßig 1 mal im Monat, und wie immer ist alles perfekt, tolle Location, sehr nettes Personal, sehr bequemes Bett, tolles Frühstück. Geht nicht gibts nicht, das Personal und auch Zimmer Service oder die Frühstücks Damen versuchen sofort einem alle Wünsche die man vielleicht hat zu erfüllen.

Frühstück war sehr gut und reichhaltig. Das Hotel (Zimmer, Bar, Frühstücksbereich) war sehr sauber. Das Personal sehr freundlich.

Beds were great, large and firm. Hotel is also very modern and update to date, has a nice SMEG fridge and water kettle. Breakfast in the morning is also very comprehensive, a wide selection of everything, but very American orientated.

Although the hotel is fairly new, the first room that we got assigned had a strong sewer smell, so something is was not OK with the pluming. Also the AC was very weak, as the room temperature was not getting lower then 21 deg no matter the setting

The hotel was fantastic, the room was superb, modern and with everything, SMEG fridge and kettle, large flat screen TV, the bathroom was top modern with 2 showers. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was super delicious with a huge selection of all kinds of food, fruit, drinks and other thing

The people atmosphere and staff were phenomenal. The breakfast by far the best i had at a hotel in Kaiserslautern would recommend any day. Very easy commute to autobahn and easy flow of traffic.

We received a room at the 5th floor in which the AC was not working; I complained at the reception and, after the person checked something in the computer, I was told to wait another 20 min for allowing the system to start working. After 20 min I went back to the reception and somebody came with me in the room for checking the situation...she proposed me to open the window to ventilate the room!!!...a room which was advertised as having air conditioning...unless "Single-room air conditioning for guest accommodation" means something else. But I do not think so. We requested to change the room and we received one at the 4th floor in which the temperature was at 22,5C (comparing with 24,9C in the previous room) and we were suggested also to keep the window open because "the heat goes from down to up in the building" and the system could not cool as it should. In the morning, the temperature was at 23C having the ventilation at level 4 (out of 5) during all night. However, I did not understand why they did not tell me what the situation was from the very beginning.

There aren’t many options in Kaiserslautern for an affordable but comfortable hotel, so it’s usually either this or the Best Western. I love that they’re dog-friendly.

I’m from a small German town so I’m always very surprised to see how many U.S. military people are here in uniform. It’s pretty uncomfortable, especially considering they always write really inappropriate/sexual messages on the alphabet block message board in the lounge. I think the presence of so many military in uniform is enough to make me consider not staying here.

The breakfast was the best in all the 6 hotels we have stayed in on our motorcycle tour. The reception staff were kind and warm and friendly. The food we had from the bar area was very good. The bedrooms were amazing - felt quite luxurious! The bed was very comfortable, the pillows a little too soft for us but really not an issue. Parking for the motorcycles was good and close to the hotel.

Possible provision of motorcycle friendly parking.
