Excellent stay at reasonable cost, nice lunch / dinner. Immediate response of house keeping department.

Its very basic and feels more like a hostel than a hotel. Also, rooms are terribly small, very poor hygiene. Not sure why Tata has to run a hotel of this kind

Location and breakfast, other than that everything else was not worth the money paid.

Pathetic service, arrogant behavior by the staff as they have a demand due to vacations.

Staff were friendly. Well informed . The place was clean . It's in tge centre , so visiting places was convenient.

Pathetic Rooms and Service. Found a dead lizard in the room. I wish there was a negative rating to give for this hotel

There was nothing to like

Very little to like about! Very Poor facilities; staff with attitudes!

1- Front desk staff attitude.. not welcoming at all.. Take it or leave it nature, 2- Poor Room size, facilities. Walls made of plywood/ hard board, including external walls. 3- Poor hygiene. House keeping staff not wearing masks; No Covid protocols followed from entry till exit. 4- ILL mannered housekeeping staff. Bed linen not clean. We had asked Quilts to be replaced as they had holes in them. Housekeeping sent them back with just quilt cover changed, that too not fresh linen! 5- Wonder whether this is actually a Taj brand called Ginger or whether this is a fake Ginger franchisee.

Rooms too small too close to each other

Very easily accessible location, Neat & Cleanrooms, Good behaviour of staffs.

Very costly rent. One tea cost Rs 105/- very exorbitant. Not happy with restaurant timing, starting at 7.00 Am
