AC was not functioning in august, when there was the heatwave. Unacceptable at 4stars.

The location was great, on the edge of the downtown. Close to pay parking. Everything was walkable from the room. Large room with small kitchen.

The bathroom door was broken.

Perfect location in the heart of the city. Nice, confortable and clean apartament.

The staff were very helpful. I was travelling with a bike and was shown a secure lock up space. The location is fantastic.

Great location next to the Cathedral, tho quiet. Great staff very efficient 👍 Large rooms with comfy bed. The restaurant downstairs is yummy.

There was a misconception with our shower. As the slope towards the drain was maybe not enough, we had to pay attention no to flood the entire bathroom. But that was just fine, not that bad.

the property is well located

this type of accommodation seems to be targeted at more long stay, as there was no hand-soap or dish soap. furthermore the deposit of 200 euros seemed to put people off reporting faults around the property. the studio was somewhat spacious but it felt cheap.

The full place needs a refreshment as all furniture are very old. The picture probably was taken 10 years ago. Very old kitchen and TV Old heating system so never worked. The bathroom was very old and dirty. Please see. my picture of the toilet.

the position near the centre of town we went to the rugby match the ground was only 10 minutes away we will be back there soon

The bedding is comfortable. Acceptable size of the room. Useable kitchenette. Price/quality it is OK.

There is a deposit to be paid, which is quite unusual. This should be specified more prominently in the payment terms on the app. The television is really tiny and really belongs in a museum. The WiFi was so slow it was not useable at all. The only way to cool down the room I found was to open the windows at night. There is no airco, just a tiny ventilator.

It is spacious and well equipped.

It wasn’t very clean, everything around looks decadent.

The apartment is in the town centre very near to the Cathedral. It has a small kitchen, fully equipped to cook, even boiler, coffee maker, dishwasher and fridge. The bed is very comfortable. Water temperature is easily changed in the shower. The room has a window to the back of the building and it was very quiet.

The only thing I didn't like is that is was hot (understandable because it's the last floor). The problem is that the comforter is too warm for summer and if you open the window you hear the noise of ventilation systems on top of the roof.

The service. The staff is very helpful and reliable. When we arrived, our key was not in the locker so we called the contact number and almost immediately, a kind staff arrived to get us our key and show us our room. Upon checkout, staff is also very kind to call a taxi for me and even walk me to where the taxi is to pick me up, helping me with my luggage. Thank you so much!

Location is great. Richard at reception was helpful. Secure bike store available. Windows which open on to a quiet square. Heating in living room and bathroom is responsive.

No light in the bike store. Could be clearer instructions to access wifi (there is not just one option)
