great location in the middle of this beautiful town with easy access to all the bars & restaurants etc

The location was great! Everything is just around the corner. The host was friendly and helpful. He recommended parking places as well as lovely restaurants to visit. We highly recommend this place.

Great location within Bayonne as only 15 min walk from train station

The location couldn’t be any better, right in the middle of the Old Town.

Michel was really welcoming and received us very well. The apartment had everything we needed and even more (it even had a great AC) - the location of it was incredible and very clean. Strongly recommend.

The Host was most welcoming and affable. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, modern, spacious, well appointed with good quality bedding and towels. Central location to the historic centre of Bayonne. Good range of restaurants and shops nearby. Our bicycles were stored safely overnight.

Car parking was a pay system 11.40 euros p day and 500 m away from accommodation. Bags needed to trundled . Above a waffle ice cream parlour. WIFI was extremely poor. Ceiling above shower was dripping after rain all night . Maintenance needs to be done .

The location is excellent situated in the historical centre. The apartment was quiet at night. The owner came when we queried the remote and WIFI connection.

Just clarifying a couple of things listed on their information. Parking stated but was 11.40 euros p/day and not close to the apartment which was understandable as the apartment was in a pedestrian area. We had no problem paying for parking but it needs to be clearly articulated where it is and cost No remote control for the aircon was left in the apartment, we didn’t need it but we’re surprised it wasn’t available until we asked. We understand this is due to the high cost of electricity so the remotes are removed at this time. WIFI didn’t work at all the first day of our stay and really only available on the ground or first floor. The roof or a pipe was leaking and water dripped through a light fitting onto the shower floor all of the second night of our stay. We left early so we were unable to let the owners know as they are not on site

Nice and fine for one night, but for a longer stay we would not recommend it which is a pity: Wifi was very bad during our stay, so we had to use our mobile data Bathroom has a sliding door which does not close the whole dooropening which is ‚soundwise‘ a bit embarassing when traveling with a second person Impossible to close the external streetlights out for the night, not ideal if you prefer sleeping in a dark room

Mattress and pillows could have been better but main negative was that there was someone in the apartment above who was very heavy footed and woke us up just as we had gone to sleep and again early morning!

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment. The whole apartment was tidy, and seemed well cared for. The bathroom was new and clean. The location was very good. Michel was very friendly. We would repeat our stay.

It wasn't a problem for us, but a guest with limited mobility might have problems with the stairs.

En suite doesn't have a proper door on it, so personally I found that a bit lacking in privacy. With the sofa bed down the living area is a bit awkward.
