The toilette was almost unserviceable. You cannot sit and close the door at the same time! Pipes visible, and very smelly.

Clean and comfortable hotel for a 1 night stay with family. Excellent location near the Cathedral and public car parking over the road. Friendly and helpful staff - would stay again.

The shower cabinet leaked. The bathroom was too small and a bit old fashioned. The room was very stuffy.

The position of the hotel is really super, in the heart of Reims and around full of bars and restaurants. The bed is very comfortable. The owner is Very friendly and helpful, we ate one of the best cous cous of our lives in the restaurant of the hotel! Price is really really good!

The wc is a bit small and not comfortable. But at least it is separate from bathroom.

The staff were extremely kind and welcoming. The man who arranges check-in a very fair and good-spirited person. He was the best part of this property and tried his best to accommodate me despite three major problems with the property. I cancelled my second night at Le Bon Moire and was given a full refund for that night without any problem. The gentleman who runs this property is a very good and decent fellow. I regret that I have to post such a negative review because I respect and value him tremendously as a person.

This property only has working wifi in the restaurant. Wifi does not work outside the ground floor restaurant and certainly not in any of the rooms above the restaurant. I had an important job interview scheduled via phone during my stay that had to be rescheduled due to poor wifi even while in the restaurant. My room had a terrible smell of solvent coming from the bathroom. It did not air out even with the window left open. It was an intolerable smell. The room had no heat. I stayed here in May, so typically there would not be need for heat, but the temperature fell to 39 F about 3 C and the heat did not come on. I slept in my clothes.

The hotel was very central and easy to find. We were able to check in early - a boon because it was cold and wet The room was very simple - which may not suit everyone We enjoyed the meal in the hotel restaurant ( but this was not the traditional food advertised on booking .com. it is now Moroccan food) the host was very helpful

Great friendly basic hotel. Excellent city centre position, welcoming team, cheerful bar. We ate in the hotel, a Couscous restaurant, highly rated by the locals and had a delicious meal. Will definitely go back. W
