Abderrahim is the best with 10/10

It was all AMAZING! The staff, especially Abulhak went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at ease. The breakfast was great, the fresh mint tea was delicious and the whole riad was beautiful yet super peaceful! A definition of an oasis within a beautiful chaos outside.

The Belle Epoque is beautiful and comfortable hotelito and in pristine condition. Our room was beautiful, spacious, clean, super comfy…Best hot, powerful shower ever! Location excellent for staying just outside the souks area or easily being able to enter them. The staff was friendly, helpful, multilingual.. and on top of things 24/7. We felt like family..the roof top garden was great for relaxing in after walking miles each day…

I loved the coffee at breakfast (Nos nos) and the traditional “on the sweet side” breakfasts typical of the culture, but would have also liked some salty options (eggs..)

Friendly and helpful staff! Excellent location at the heart of Old Madina but such a quiet oasis to come "home" to! I love my room #5 ~ exquisite!

No sound proof at all. 2:3am cellphone rings for many times from one of the other guest staying and feels like he was speaking right in your room. I didn't get good sleep this night because of that and tired all day today.

We loved the facility and the staff. Nourddine in particular went above and beyond in so many ways. He is so friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. He is the exact type of person you want working at your Riad! He made the stay even better! Also want to mention how helpful and wonderful Youssef was!!! Best staff ever!

Amazing Riad in the centre of Marrakech, friendly ataaf takes time to welcome you and to inform you about the city. Room was incredibly pretty and well equiped.

Absolutely wonderful Riad with brilliant staff who were so accommodating and helpful from meeting us on the street so we could find the Riad to a pre-packaged breakfast when we had an early checkout.

Super friendly staff, good location

Loved everything about it! Could not recommend this place more highly. It was an adorable Riad with wonderful staff and a great location. Breakfast was also great in the morning! And they did a lot of little things that really made a difference (started a fire for us, breakfast on the terrace, extra care in the rooms, etc.).

By far the highlight for us was the staff. Youssef, Abdul, and Nourddine took such good care of us. They went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and to help us with anything that we needed. They kept telling us to treat the riad as our home, and really made us feel right at home. Youssef would come and chat with us during breakfast and ask us about our plans for the day. Abdul has the warmest, friendliest smile that could light up any room. Nourddine was so generous telling us stories and teaching us about local culture, and he even walked us out to the nearby plaza on our last morning to help us find a cab. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone or to stay here again in the future.

The only small thing that we didn't like was that the adjacent alleyway was a popular spot with neighborhood smokers, and the cigarette smoke would enter our room when we left the window open. This is easily avoided if you just leave the windows closed.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful,the room was beautiful (stayed in the Josephine Baker suite), clean and had working AC. Despite being very close to the busy alleyways the Riad was very quiet, even when sitting on the roof terrace. You will be well looked after here

Did not have the lunch or dinner so can't comment on them. No issues with anything else.
