Good location. Free drink on arrival

There was blood on the sheets in one of our rooms when we checked in- the sheets were changed upon request. When checking out the staff requested to review our room. They informed us we had taken multiple beers and crisps from the mini fridge- we had not taken these products. We explained this but were told three times we would need to pay for these products. We felt extremely uncomfortable and upset by both the manner and tone of these accusations. This experience greatly impacted our experience of our stay here.

i must say the breakfast was amazing, the rooms were new, and each room has an Alexa that helps you hahaha. The location couldn’t be better and the staff really impressed me. everything in that hotel was perfect!

there was no window in the room to the outside the room was a smart room so things reacted to amazon alexa , i am to old for this :-) the airco was not easy to set

Daylight in the room and a bit more quietness

The hotel features an amazing rooftop with jacuzzi and is located in a busy commercial street, yet is very peaceful inside.

The airco in the room didn’t work very well, it felt quite hot in the room even with the airco on.

It was clean , modern and in a central location. The room was spacious and bright. The staff were pleasant and helpful, they spoke just enough English to balance out our zero Spanish.

My one complaint was the bed sheet was bobbly, but it might have been only my bed as my friends didn’t have that issue with their sheet.

Comfortable rooms. We stayed for 1 night only. it is close to local amenities on a busy street (but not too busy that you can’t sleep at night). Staff was helpful and breakfast was great.

Our room was located near a generator or loud fan - it wasn’t a big deal for us but if you’re a light sleeper, this may bother you.

The staff was super friendly and accomodating. very friendly!!! The bed was very large. The room itself was okay.

There were cockroaches in the bathroom. The menu card in the room looked like it had been touched by 500 people and the shower cabine looked like those 500 people all used it 6 times a day for 20 years. The mold in the shower says it all. You could see that the cleaning staff tried their best, but the place is just SO old. We had a room on the side of the street and we don’t mind a little noise, but as you might know, people in Colombia use their honk ALL THE TIME, all night long. So we might recommend booking somewhere else for all the reasons above. I feel bad writing this, because of the amazing staff, but the price per night for this is outrageous.

lovely staff members and delicious food. Good wifi and the location was really close to the main entrainment area.

Rooftop was pleasant, comfortable rooms, good breakfast options, friendly staff and walking distance to to sightseeing locations, restaurants and stores.

They forgot to prepare breakfast to go for one of our tours but managed to rice us something anyways. There was somebody being loudly drunk during one of the nights which was disturbing, but it’s not the hotels fault.

location, in the heart of the old town, everything is around, nearly 500 meters from the port , from where goes boats in different island

the rooms which window does not goes to the city side , backside rooms has balcony which looks in the yard and rooms window goes on the balcony and on the balcony walk people, so you can not open this window almost room without window, form me its a problem , if for someone it is not problem everything else is okey .

Good location

If you read through the comments left by previous guests, you’ll find many issues mentioned with the hotel saying that they’ll fix them. We experienced absolutely all the issues, and more, during our stay The first thing you’ll notice when entering the room is a heavy, damp and moldy smell. You’ll want to remedy this by using the air conditioning, however - when it works - it’s barely blowing out any air. But it’ll make sure to drop large quantities of water on your electronics & clothes. The hotel does not mention it, but it is undergoing HEAVY renovations. From 8am to 10pm, you will be awoken by and fall asleep to intense drilling, hammering and arguing from the construction workers. The construction creates a thick layer of dust that will cover the entire room, making the air hard to breath - no exaggeration here. Breakfast ends at 9am, so better get up early if you want to have breakfast surrounded by a cacophony of intense construction. The jacuzzi is a joke - 10cm of cold water perfect for rinsing one’s feet. All of these issues were brought to the manager (one of the only friendly people in the hotel), who offered to change rooms (all the rooms were next to the construction so no change there) and who said she’ll see what the owner will do for us. We were later offered a free dinner to compensate which we declined. To me, a 10$ dinner (still accompanied by the noise of the renovations) to compensate for 4 days in a 70$/night hotel seemed like a low ball to me.

the room was not good… old, noisy and there was mold in the room and bathroom. works going on on the roof top and in the back of the room . poor breakfast!
