Everything! An amazing, heaven like atmosphere! Owners (Vicky and Andy) were amazing. They genuinely cared about our stay and were always helpful, whenever we needed. The rooms have amazing sea view and a view of the garden. It's also walking distance to the town center but not very close so you can avoid the crowds and the noise. The hotel also has a tennis court, basketball court and table tennis, so if you don't want to go to the beach that day, you can still stay active.

We felt remarkably well at Palatino! The hosts are incredibly friendly, polite and caring! The yard is well equipped with sport playgrounds, flower decorations and relax areas (there's a sea view one). The rooms are very comfortable and well equipped. The location is great also.

The facilities were amazing, especially the garden from where you have an amazing seaview. Vicky is a great host, who has been very helpful, hospitalable and attentive.The village is on a walking distance. We will definitely come back again.

What we liked the most is that the property is large and natural, safe and quiet. That makes it a great place for families. The hosts are very kind and available for any info or help you may need. Location is perfect for exploring Kassandra and Olympic region. We would like to especially emphasize the cleanliness of the accomodation.

Everything was perfect! Hosts(both Viki and Andy, and Rita or course 😁) were incredibly polite, helpful, i really cant say a single bad thing about them. Property is huge and amazing. You can even play some sports if you want(table tennis, tennis, basketball, football). This was my first time in Greece, and im glad i stayed at Palatino! 😊

Everything was just fine.

The building is at the beginning of the village, in a very quite area and with a great view on the sea (or, on the other side, on nice fields). In only 10 minutes by walk you are in the center of Afitos, but far from the noisy touristy places. If you don't want to walk, you can leave the car in a free parking place near to the center. The room is very cute and clean. The wifi works perfectly. Our room had a little kitchen corner. Vicky is an amazing host! Super recommended!

Greetings to the hosts, they are the best. The accommodation is so wonderful that I have no words. Huge yard with sports fields, lots of trees, parking spaces, sea view ... Perfection. All praise for Palatino !!! I hope we get there again as soon as possible! :-) Cheers! <3

The location is very good, easy to find also. It is in a very quiet area, yet walking distance from the city center. The property of Vicky and Andy is one of a kind, they are amazing hosts, making you feel like you are visiting family, always on site to assist in a short notice. The rooms are uniquely designed, super cosy and clean.The garden, the view, the style of the place, everything is perfect. We enjoyed our stay so much! Recommending for families with children, they can run around and play freely. The parking is at the property itself, super easy and comfortable to unload your luggage. We can not wait to visit Vicky and Andy again!

Nice and clean family room with sea views and two independent balconies. Very quiet place and very helpful host. Palatino has sports facilities, a playground, and a wide open space with lawn, very useful when staying over with kids. There is also a stylishly decorated outdoor breakfast area and a separate BBQ area. The beautiful Afytos village is just a 10 minute walk.

I personally didn't have any problem with the mattresses, but I shall admit that there were rather hard. Having a (type of) coffee machine would help (we brought our own). Some of the sport facilities (football/basketball court) need some maintenance, but. it's still fan to spend some time there with your kids.

I recommend. Very welcoming host. The location is beautiful,with a very beautiful landscape. The courtyard around the hotel is like a park, very large with the possibility of various activities, tennis and table tennis, basketball, football, small walks, and with wonderful areas for photography. Nearby is the center of Aphitos, where you can find a lot of restaurants, both in the center and overlooking the sea. I recommend evening walks in the city, the streets are full of specific Greek products. The location is perfect for quick access to any of the beaches on the Kassandra arm. We will definitely be back.

The best place for vacation I have ever been ( and I travel a lot ). Vicky and Andy are the best hosts. The hospitality was on the highest level. The location is amazing, away from the crowded places, peaceful and quiet. Even though it was a very warm week we almost didn’t turn on the AC. On the balcony was enjoyable, we could feel the wind and enjoy the beautiful view of the yard with all the palm trees. The room was regularly cleaned and we got new sheets and towels. The kitcen was fully equipped with everything you need. There is a big parking available. There is a huge, beautiful yard perfectly decorated with so much love by Vicky and Andy. My mom had a birthday and we had a surprise from them which really warmed our hearts. Both of them were really helpful and recommended us some great tavernas and beaches. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AND WE ARE DEFINITELY COMING BACK🥰 Thank you guys for everything!

Andy and Vicky where amazing once more! Very friendly environment, we felt like home! Quiet and relaxing, although it was just for one night, we will would definitely stay longer next time! The room was very cozy and clean! Very close to the sea.

Return visit to Palatino, the pearl of Afitos. Wish we could have stayed longer in this Fantastic place. Rooms are great, very clean. The garden in Palatino is like a work of art. The place has everything you need for a great vacation. The hosts have a Humongous heart and made us feel like we were at home. We will definitely visit again.
