الشاطئ واطلالة المطعم والمسبح، والغرفة مع التراس والمسبح وتصميم الاوتيل نفسه كلها تاخذك عالم ثاني. موقعه مره حلو بنفس شارع الاوتيلات والمطاعم بس المشي متعب شوي لان الشارع مو مهيئ كامل للمشاة والتاكسي يوديك ب8$ لو وجهتك 3 دقايق بنفس الشارع. يوفرون دراجات مجانية بس صراحة مو مريح استعمالها بشارع مثل كذا والسيارات تمشي بدون يكون لك مسار مخصص. الفرونت دسك جداً جداً خدومين بكل شيء ويعجبني فيهم التواصل واتساب مو كل شوي ارفع السماعة وسريعين بالاستجابة. حطوا لنا رسالة صغيرة وحلا ترحيبي وكانوا ودودين ومريحين بالتعامل. خلينا عندهم الشناط بعد التشك اوت فترة وكانو امينين اكل المطعم عندهم مره حلو والفطور كان شامل الغرفة وكان لذيذ صراحة والاطلالة على البحر الكاريبي ساحرة الاوتيل مره هادي ويعطونك سوارة بدال بطاقة للغرفة وكانت لفتة مريحة

الموية مالحة جداً، المكيف ماكان بارد كفاية، ماعجبني كيف الحمام ماله باب يتسكر ومفتوح على غرفة الملابس.

Amazing staff, beautiful location and gorgeous food.

The first night we didn't get any sleep. There was a very loud noise outside our room, it turns out it was the generator from the building next door. We complained and we were moved to another room. We could still hear the noise but thankfully not as much as in the original room and we did manage to sleep through it.

la chambre était magnifique ! les équipements parfaits , le petit bain extérieur était appréciable . il y a assez de bed sur la plage pour tout le monde ! la nourriture est délicieuse , même le petit déjeuné est parfait .

lors de notre arrivée ; on nous a demandé de laisser nos clefs de voiture a la réception pour pouvoir mettre ailleurs notre voiture si jamais il y avait des clients pour le beach club , nous avons bien entendu strictement refusé et ils ont finis par accepté ( en voyant avec la responsable ) . On nous a également prit notre numéro de carte ( noté sur une feuille volante ) mais aussi la date d’expiration et même notre code a 3 chiffres ! comme ´´ garantit ´´ si on cassé quelque chose … je me suis indigné et refuser une tel chose , une emprunte bancaire aurait suffit ! je n’ai jamais vu cela de ma vie .. noter l’entièreté de mes codes de cartes bleu … elle a fini par accepté après de longue minutes de négociation que je raye mon code à 3 chiffres .. le reste de l’hôtel était super dommage pour cette mauvaise expérience du début qui finalement c’est bien terminé .

Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Hotelzone in Tulum und direkt am Strand. Die Strandlage ist perfekt und wunderschön, die Hotelzone ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Zimmer sind ein Traum, super eingerichtet, groß aber die Oceanview war es nicht weil die vegetation davor das verhinderte, was an sich jedoch nicht schlimm war. Ich kann also das Hotel für die Zimmer, die Strandlage sehr empfehlen.

Die Preise sind absurd hoch. Ein Burger für mehr als 25 €, cocktails 15 €. Das Frühtsück ist inklusive aber begrenzt auf eine Auswahl. Bei ca. 600 € das Zimmer erwarte ich kein "begrenztes Frühstück". Bei der Ankunft um 2 pm war das zimmer nicht fertig, was OK ist, weil 3 PM ausgemacht ist. Statt uns einen welcome Drink anzubieten wurden wir ins Restaurant geschickt, wo uns eben diese Wahnsinnspreise erwarteten. Am Tag vor der Abreise bekamen wir eine Whatsapp, dass das Hotel nach dem Auschecken 15 Minuten braucht um zu prüfen, ob wir Schäden im Zimmer verursacht haben, ob wir was mitgenommen hätten oder was vergessen hätten. Das ist für mich ein totaler Vertrauensbruch. Das hängt mit der Partyklientel zusammen, das meist über das Wochenende kommt. Da muss das Hotel die Kommunikation differenzieren. Am Abend ein anderes Restaurant auszusuchen ist schwierig, es ist draußen einfach eine Partyzone, es fahren unentwegt Autos hin und her, es gibt keinen gescheiden Bürgersteig und alle Restaurants sind auf Partygäste vorbereitet, kaum normale Restaurant mit normalen Preisen. Das Personal wirkt arrogant und nicht zuvorkommend.

The location and the beach and the all restaurant personal was great.

Our room was uninhabitable due to a strong, toxic smell from heavy chemical treatment, which had permeated all the bedding sheets. The resolution process became extremely uncomfortable with the reception/management, as they insisted on charging for a room exchange, adding to the inconvenience of moving. We had to argue and provide evidence that the room was not livable. Despite their claims, we later discovered it was a monthly treatment conducted upon our arrival. In any case, for the high cost of the hotel, resolving such issues should be a seamless and pleasant experience, rather than making clients feel uncomfortable and ruining their vacation with a bad taste.
