It can be a little noisy when new guests check in especially if you’re sleeping. People are generally not very considerate about their voice levels. Maybe some signage would help?

Very friendly staff who really take their time. Very clean, comfortable and nice rooms.

Check-in device was having issues so it took a little longer. Dryer apparently didn't work while I was there but it is probably fixed now.

Weekend not much choice for breakfast

Room sound proof is not good… next door talking what I can hear it clearly ! Next door bath I can hear water sound so clear! Especially in the early morning ! Toilet flush water also can hear ! Bad for the person who can’t sleep tight at nite…

The hotel is located secluded and i guess its surrounded by office blocks thus after hours it can be pretty quiet. If looking for a secluded place this may be a good option. The check in and check out is high tech with kiosk and pretty good.

If there were a few shops within the walking distance for food and basic travel need would be great. The key card system was great however was issued only with one card which can be pretty inconvenient when one has to leave or go out of the room and has to get other party thats in to come to open the door. Once leave the room all electric is switch off when the card is removed from the slot.

Very clean and well designed. There's a common pantry in the corridor with hot/cold water dispenser. It also had a self service counter to check in and out without front desk staff.

The technical instructions (written on a card in the room) to using the Smart TV was not clear. TV was not connected to the WiFi network and there was no WiFi password available. As the front desk is not manned 24/7, there was no one to contact.
