The appartment is clean and very comfortable . The kitchen is well equipped and you have everything you need for your stay. A close parking area is available. The appartment is in a walking distance to the centre , supermarkets and shops are close . Barbara the hostess is helpful , nice and a charming person. She was there for everything we needed. I can highly recommend it and surely will stay there again. Thank you very much 💗

These apartments are wonderful! they are located in a good area. If you go from the station by taxi, the trip will take 5-7 minutes(20-25 min on foot). there are several bus stops nearby and you can go to any part of the city. There are various supermarkets (sigma 2 min, coop 5 min, lidl 8 min, conad 10 min), plenty number of restaurants and bars in the area. Also, these apartments are near hospital, so If you need to live near it, it's a good option. Very friendly hosts! they will always help if you need a help! in the apartments it is very clean, very comfortable and nice rooms, street noise is not audible. The beds are comfortable, there is a kitchen and there are everything for cooking. there is Nespresso coffee machine. The hostess is a very nice woman. She speaks Italian and English. I definitely recommend these apartments. When I return to Parma, I will definitely stay there
