Der über den Host bestellte Pick-Up Service war deutlich verspätet, sodass wir uns selbst ein Taxi organisierten.

Pool was great. Large beds and rooms making it comfortable

No a/c in living and dining area. Toiletries were very minimal. Not enough dish soap for dishes. We were responsible for our electricity use but figure out the property manager next door shared the same utilities. When we found there's no separate electric box we were not charged. Also there was supposed to have daily housekeeping which we never received. Bbq grill that should have been there but arrived 5 days later after we complained. It's too bad. This house could have been really nice if it was managed better.

The location and the view was very good.

No A/C in the living room. Bad attitude from the owner and staff by looking for any silly mistakes to earn extra money. We were charged the full furniture amount of 2000 BHT due to a minor defect in the furniture, in addition to recording defects that didn’t occur and were canceled after a long discussion.

The villa was exceeded our expectations. The house keepers were very helpful and kind. It was very clean and loads of facilities. Such a great location as well. Really made our Koh Samui experience.

Beautiful, authentic accommodation near the beach, with a gorgeous pool and view, and lovely veranda for chilling

fantastic villa with outstanding view, all the facilities you need to have a splendid family holiday! well equipped kitchen, washing machine, lounge zones and sun beds. Super helpful staff helping with all the requests you need (renting car, taxis etc) A lot of nice bars and restaurants in walking distance and market. we were given drinking water barrels during the whole stay which really helped avoiding buying tons of plastic bottles. you can also request dinners onsite, but we didn’t use that option. free airport pick up is a big plus.

one shower didn’t work in one of the bedrooms but wasn’t a problem for us, hopefully it will get fixed soon. to go to the beach you need a car or taxi as bangrak is not made for swimming, but we knew that so wasn’t a problem.
