i like how the place very next to the beach and the pool is so big . the kids love it so much and they sat at the balcony to enjoy the view ..

there is camp site below the apartment , so until 12am there is lot of noise from the speaker and they so loud .. the kids cant sleep .. other than this nothing

The bathrooms are ok. but can be more better if renovate a bit. otherwise everything ok

The view was exceptional! Apartment was spacious. Generally clean. Parking available. Location was good near food places.

One of the room's door cannot close. Furniture a bit old and sofa was hard. Saw one big cockroach. Internet was slow, practically unusable. Water from the heater not that hot, and can consider changing the shower head to a bigger one.

The house is big (end lot) & spacious with 3 rooms and 2 toilets, hall is spacious too, located at 2nd floor. The house was clean. Balcony is spacious is facing the beach. Located just 100metres from the beach. Host was good and professional.

Lift was old and bad. All facilities looks very old and eye sore. The bed, cupboard, sofa, toilet, dining area. the shampoo and body wash so call provided but just about to finish (not topped up). The toilets looks old and not proper (empty body wash etc on the wash basin area). No air-cond provided at hall. And at 7.30am gate/access to the beach was still locked, we have to walk to the post guard to ask him to unlock the gate.

The bathroom can be cleaner and newer and also need more fans

perfect location. 2 minute walk to the beach. there were monkeys but cute. proactive owner (Patrick) in sharing details about places to eat in Pd.

there were always a big group of outsiders at the bbq pit throughout the whole morning to evening (no social distancing and no mask) doing some sort of live religious interview and recording, blocking the entrance to the beach (no other exits) for 2 straight days. the supporting audiences in those group love to stare at passerby who are trying to access to the beach or return back to apartment, blocking the narrow path.
