Great house for my husband and I , our two daughters and son in laws, grandbaby and my dad! Plenty of space and host has thought of everything! Awesome deck to hang out and a super short walk to the beach and several restaurants and coffee shops are also within an easy walk. Host has plenty of extra towels, beach umbrellas, a great setup with a kitchen and kitchenette- the studio was great for grandbaby and parents While there we were able to see a launch from the deck and a boat parade out the front door ! Host kept us very informed of all events going on! Would definitely go back!!

Booking this house was very easy it was clean and ready for us when we arrived we had amazing time there very close to the beach another attractions nearby our family enjoyed the staying at this house it was like a home away from home.

2 couples shared this property for 4 weeks in n feb/march. Cannot say enough positive things about this experience. Nancy, the property manager went above our expectations in ensuring our stay was the best it could be. Always answering questions of suggestions for biking trails, restaurants, local events happening etc. property was perfect for us, allowing privacy if desired and a huge deck which were on for most of our meals as well as a great place for reading. We highly recommend this property.

The location of this property is excellent - close to the beach and many restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance. The layout of the property was perfect for visiting family with the attached studio. Nancy was very helpful and ensured we had everything that we needed for a wonderful stay.

We could only rate two of the categories due to flight cancellations. Communication with property manager and overall rating. Nancy went above and beyond to work with us if we were able to travel from Indiana. Can't say enough about the hospitality experience we received via text and phone. Hopefully we can plan a trip during the year! Thanks again Nancy!

Nancy was awesome. She had a bottle of wine and snacks waiting for us when we arrived at 8pm. The house was stocked with all necessities we needed while away from home. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Walking distance to the beautiful ocean. Within a mile or so you have gas, grocery, resturants of all kinds. Our son got married at the Hilton which was like 2 miles away. We would definitely stay at this property again. Thanks for everything Nancy.

Nancy was fantastic and thought of everything. Our flight got in late, she had left the exterior lights on and their was coffee ready for the morning so we didn't have to run to the grocery store. The location is easily accessible to local restaurants and shops and just a short walk to the beach. I would stay again and definitely would recommend her to family and friends!

This cottage was in a great location, very clean with everything you need if flying in, and the host was more than kind and helpful. Our son, his wife, and baby were able to use the studio which was perfect. They had some privacy but were with us in the same house. The beach is a short, easy walk, restaurants and things to do are plentiful, and the large deck made even more space. We had a great time in the Blue Wave Beach Cottage.

We wanted a place to kayak, bike and visit multiple beaches. The location of this cottage was just right. The bonus was being able to walk to dinner each night. The cottage is cute and well kept!

Perfect place! Very short walk to the beach. House had everything you needed including Beach towels, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Also everything you needed for cooking. Air conditioning worked well and beds were comfortable. Nancy was great to communicate with and a joy to work with. We will definitely stay again! Thanks Nancy! :)

We absolutely loved our stay here while we were in Cocoa Beach! Easy access for driving, wonderful parking space and within great walking distance to the beach! Nancy does a great job of making sure you are comfortable during your stay and you have everything you need to make the trip most enjoyable!

This was our 2nd time staying at Nancy's property, this time with the entire family. We all love the house and location and you couldn't ask for a better host than Nancy! The first time we stayed my daughter forgot and left a hoody and Nancy mailed it back to us (along with several other goodies). The restaurant next door (20 steps away) is wonderful but beware the portions are huge! Nielson surf shop is a few doors down and Noah is a great instructor who we have also used twice. The beach is a short 5 minute walk away and this trip we were lucky enough to see a Space-X sunset launch from the beach. I can't say enough good things about this property and owner, by far the best VRBO experience I have ever had all over the country!

I can't say enough about how great this place is. The location is perfect, the house is beautiful inside, it has a great back porch for hanging out and Nancy is one of the best property managers I've dealt with in all the VRBO I've been to. Highly recommend this spot if you are going to Cocoa Beach

Had a wonderful week at the cottage it was very short walk to the beach, and Nancy the owner was very wonderful to work with.

The location was excellent. Close to many stores and shops and the beach, which was delightful! The owner was very helpful and always available if we had a question. The cottage is very comfortable and easy to maintain and decorated very lovely. It is very calming. We enjoyed sitting Outdoors at the large table to have our meals sometimes or just to visit and look at the beautiful surroundings. It was pleasant just to go out and take walks around town and in the community to see the different sites. We even saw a dolphin swimming in one of the Community Rivers. We enjoyed the Cocoa Beach Community where we met very nice and friendly people. Everything that we needed was in the cottage and we just had the best time ever! We all wanted to stay a bit longer at this beautiful Cottage.

Excellent location. 2 min walk to the beach and restaurants. The host was great ! She provided us with great local information and was readily available for any questions. The cottage was very clean and comfortable. Everything you need is already there! We would definitely go back!

Wonderful property! A true gem and an amazing host!

We have enjoyed many vacation rentals, and this cottage is one of the best. The location is perfect. It’s close to the beach, and also within walking distance of many unique, local restaurants. Nancy, the host, is wonderful. She greeted us on arrival with a full tour of the home and location of anything we might need. The house is stocked with so many extras: soaps , lotion, laundry detergent, even a bottle of wine and chocolate candy. The home is also beautifully decorated. We watched a rocket launch right from the back deck and enjoyed several meals on the patio. We would definitely reserve again.

We all loved the back porch to hang out for our mini family reunion. Weather was absolutely splendid. Great long weekend

My family and friends really enjoyed our stay in this Coco Beach location and we were surprised of how close restaurants ,shopping and the beach was to the house. The host was extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this location especially if you have multiple guests. ***** 5 Stars

From start to finish we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything went smoothly, very well-stocked, easy going and gracious host. Very easy to communicate with host and we wanted for nothing. We plan to return.

Property had a lot of little extras that came in very handy. You can tell she put a lot of effort into making sure your stay was comfortable. Location was walking distance to the beach and to other local restaurants and stores. It was perfect Location for everything we wanted to see and would stay here again for sure if we revisit.

We had such a great time at Nancy's Blue Cottage. It is a beautiful property right in the heart of Cocoa Beach. You have everything you need within walking distance and the beach is so close....a 3i minute walk for little kids. Nancy makes sure that your stay is just perfect. She was so helpful and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed and then some. She knew I had a baby and went to bring me a crib and also a baby float for her at the beach. All the little extras like great coffee with filters, spices and kitchen essentials to use, soft towels, beach toys, comfy beach chairs, outlets with chargers and the list goes on and on to make our trip extra special. She goes out of her way for her guests and takes a lot of pride in the property, The place is immaculately clean. Our favorite part was the big beautiful porch with a huge table to enjoy meals as a family with the ocean air and quiet setting. This made the trip magical. We were there to celebrate my dad's 70th and we could not have asked for a better house or host.

This property was amazing. Close walk to the beach. Right next door to a Cafe/Bakery, which has awesome food. House was perfect for a weekend getaway with girlfriends. The property manager was so easy to deal with, she met me onsite explains some things about the house. She was so nice and helpful, and i was able to text her about anything we needed or had trouble with. Highly recommend this property!!!!

The fact that it was literally next door was such a bonus. Back to the house, the beds were all comfortable, the air conditioning worked great, and everything was super clean. It had great appliances (and detergents, etc. were supplied), a high end coffee maker (again, good coffee and filters supplied), etc. You could tell Nancy spent more than a lot of rental owners to make sure that her guests had a great experience. And now what makes this house truly amazing - Nancy herself. She was thoughtful in her communications before we ever arrived and throughout our stay, and every time we turned around, it seemed like we came across another thoughtful touch. Too many to list them all, but I promised my wife I would mention that even the shampoo and conditioner Nancy provided were high end (not something I would ever notice, but my wife certainly did - no surprise, she has better hair than me). We also were fortunate enough to meet Nancy, as we arrived earlier than we told her we would, and we are glad we did - she is just a wonderful person. That was the only time we saw her, as she is not intrusive at all, even though she is available if needed. In short, we have had other great VRBO stays in the past, but I can't remember one that I would rate better than this one. Stay here and you won't be disappointed!

The cottage is beautifully decorated, very cozy, and comfortable. About a three-minute walk to the beach. Lots of good places to eat. Nancy is an awesome host who communicated with us easily. We will definitely stay again.
