Spent a week in Kings Beach at this great property with my immediate family and in-laws. Six of us in total, so we had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the views. The beds were comfy and the kitchen perfect for hosting dinner and drinks. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. (Kids loved the foosball table and telescope for checking out moon).

Our family of 9 had a great time at this beautiful house. Everything was in great condition and we had plenty of space to relax. The hot tub was a big hit! Easy to walk into town for fun activities as well. We would definitely recommend this house and host to anyone looking to stay in the Kings Beach area.

The house was large and comfortable for two families. There were fun things to do at the house and kitchen was clean and organized. Chad was a great host!

This is a beautiful house with amazing views and amenities. Huge great room with extra large dining table and a great entertainment kitchen. Master bedroom is upstairs which is great for parents with older kids. And the basement has foosball, Xbox 360 and a TV with large couch and the garage has ping pong. The street is nice and private with beautiful homes. super close to Northstar, the lake and Incline Village. This house has all the amenities, they really have thought of everything. Hot Tub is great on a private deck.

I love North Shore and this is a great property, quiet, great views and plenty of room. It was just four of us, but we loved the family room and kitchen area. Master bed very comfortable and bath has a nice rain showerhead. We were on the mountain most days and one night in South Shore, but we were really impressed with this place.

The home was delightful and has a beautiful view of the lake. Everything you need was there. We will be back! Chad was awesome! It was a very easy place to stay. The golf course was down the street as well. Plenty of room for the three families we had and the kitchen has an awesome gas stove!

The house was beautiful and true to the pictures. The location and sites were breathtaking and we were all so comfortable and had the best time. I recommended it 100%

House was as described and had a beautiful view of Lake Tahoe. Plenty of room throughout the house for six of us. Hot tub was nice to get in each night to unwind.

The house was perfect for our family and friends, big and clean with a great view, great kitchen and cooking utensils/ bbq. Wonderful hiking trails just steps from the front door and close to the water. We would definitely stay there again!

This house was perfect for a group - comfortable rooms and a great shared living space/kitchen and outdoor deck. The owner was very communicative and helpful, and location was perfect for summer trips to Incline, Kings Beach and Tahoe City. We’ll definitely consider staying here again for future trips.

Every one of us enjoyed our stay in this home; the views from inside and out on the deck, the comfortable open living area with lots of seating, the big convenient kitchen with all the appliances, and all the well furnished bedrooms. So wonderfully located to Kings Beach and some lovely hiking trails, to the grocery store and other shops. It was a busy July 4th holiday but we loved the quiet neighborhood after a day of touring. We so enjoyed our stay and for our next family gathering in Tahoe, we'll definitely go back!

Well stocked luxury lake view house. Very comfortable with room for a large family.

Vacation with our 2 sons, girlfriends and teen children. The upper level and deck arecperfect for a large group! The views from the lake from the kitchen, living room and upper deck are amazing. The fireplace makes it very cozy at night. The kitchen is very well equipped and easy to prepare meals. The master bedroom is spacious and the bed very comfortable. The 2 king beds on the second floor were also comfortable and folks enjoyed the hot tub. The teens decided to sleep on the bottom level with the day bed and air mattress. They had their own Roku big screen, full bath and outdoor area. Great location with easy drive to King’s Beach or Incline.

Amazing views from basically every room. Kitchen was stocked with every spice, utensil, pot and pan we could ever need. Just be prepared to get some cardio in going up and down the three floors 😁

This house is in a beautiful location and has views from the deck, living area, kitchen, and bedrooms. It is comfortable, and the kitchen is beautiful and well stocked. It is in a great location close to all the amenities North Shore has to offer. Chad is easy to communicate with and is a great host. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.

Spacious, Pleasant and Relaxing

My family and I had a great time in Tahoe. The house was great. It was clean, close to town, and was spacious. We enjoyed the views of the lake from the deck and were also able to do some start gazing at night. This property was perfect for our stay. I would visit again.

We've stayed in numerous places in Tahoe ... this is our favorite. The view from almost every room in the home is spectacular. The location is wonderful ... close to numerous hikes and restaurants in Squaw Valley, Northstar, Truckee, Tahoe City, Incline Village, Sand Harbor. Great family memories were made during our week. We decided on Lake Tahoe for our family vacation this year. What a wonderful week! Chad’s house is beautiful and had everything to make our stay enjoyable. The views of Lake Tahoe were spectacular! The house is a short drive or a 15-minute downhill walk to the town of Kings Beach where you’ll find quaint shops, restaurants, beautiful beaches where you can rent kayaks, paddle boards, jet skis and go parasailing. There are hiking trails up the street, and Chad recommended other trails a short drive from the house. Chad was easy to contact and very responsive to my many queries. The only thing we could have wanted would have been A/C. It was a warm week but it did cool down in the evenings. We loved this home and would stay again if we return to Tahoe.

The home was large and comfortable for our extended family with beautiful lake views. There are many good spaces in the house for spending time as a family.

Great place for families to enjoy north lake.

My family and a few friends rented this place for a relaxing 40th birthday getaway. Just two minutes from the actual beach and quaint local shops in Kings Beach, it is perfectly nestled down a small quite road. Great views of Lake Tahoe from all levels. Plenty of space to spread out on the main level. The kids really enjoyed the place as well. Even though there was an Xbox, they found plenty to do between the spa, foosball, ping pong and various dice, card and board games provided. Clean and updated. We all had a great time!

This house was perfect for an extended weekend getaway with friends. There was ample room and the location was perfect! Gorgeous views from the property and easy walk into town or drive to Incline Village.

This house suited our needs for a 10 person bachelor/bachelorette extended weekend party. The slopes and rentals were so close to the house, we didn't have trouble getting around. Plenty of hang out space for games and big meals together. Bedrooms were great for couples and the extra bedding was great for crashing on the couch in the basement.

My family and I just stayed at this fabulous vacation home in Kings Beach. It had the most amazing views of Lake Tahoe from the beautiful large glass windows in the great room. The views were also stunning from the kitchen and the bedrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking meals throughout our stay. The bedrooms were all very comfortable with plenty of space for our family and the other family who joined us for the weekend. The outside deck had a comfortable dining set and a nice bbq that we enjoyed. My communication with the owner was easy and helpful. We were given all information about the house in a timely manner and we appreciated that they were accessible if we were to have any questions about the property during our stay. We also were very happy with the use of the garage for our car during the weekend. My kids enjoyed the fun downstairs game room as well. Overall, we would absolutely stay at this house again in the future and would highly recommend it to future families for a comfortable and relaxing Tahoe getaway!
