This is a very large timeshare complex run by Marriott, geared toward families, with many activities listed. We saw no children there in mid-October. Front office is very friendly, in a “canned” way; employees repeating scripts with no sense of individual warmth. Unit is small, dark, badly planned (no windows in kitchen area or bathrooms) and OLD - maybe mid-80s. Very cheap fixtures and cabinets (peeling veneer). Inadequate lighting. Very undersupplied compared to most VRBOs - not even a salt shaker. Not a place where one would want to spend time. Location was convenient if somewhat isolated. No charm. Would not recommend.

Incredibly impressed with the whole
Place! Luckily we had a townhouse so no one was above us because I didn’t realize this was really designed for families . So clean , grounds were a pleasure to walk around with all the plantings- very well maintained. Pool and activity center was really nice and although we didn’t use the activity center, I would have loved it with a young family . All the staff were friendly and it was just a pleasure staying there.

A short getaway
Unit was very clean, included all the basic amenities, but was very run down. The cabinets in the bathrooms were in awful shape and should have been replaced years ago. You could hear any movement in the unit above. I would have expected better quality for the price we paid. We did not use any of the outside activities, and understand that these would increase the cost. Location was great as we were going to Tanglewood.

Exactly what I was looking for!!
I needed sometime to get away just for a couple of days, I stayed with my 6 year old son and I was looking for a place that had what I needed and mostly things that would interest him also. The villa was clean and very spacious with 1 bedroom upstairs and 2 bathrooms one on each floor, an amazing bed and the kitchen had everything I needed. The porch was perfect to have breakfast outside getting some fresh air in the morning. The recreational and the pool area are perfect for kids all ages, you have everything you need and more. Definitely coming pack for summer time.

terrific locations, beautiful complex
Everything was terrific. The interior decoration was dated, especially the kitchen cabinets. But it had 2 bathrooms and was very clean. Great showers.

Fun Family Resort
We had a great experience at this resort. My kids especially enjoyed the pools and the small arcade. Our only complaint was the cafe at the activity center where everything was made from frozen food and it was ridiculously expensive for not great quality food. The rooms were spacious and clean.

Pretty and Quiet Location
Check in was very friendly but the directions given to the unit were very confusing and since it was pitch black and raining it took us 15 minutes to find. A simple "across the street" would have had us settled in the unit in about 2 minutes. Very clean and smelled nice not like heavy cleaners. Plenty of hot water and quiet unit. Great deck and table. Very convenient to all our destinations.

Excellent property with plenty of amenities
The two story condo has plenty of room with 2 full baths! The rec center has an indoor pool/hot tub, games room, gym, some fast food, etc. Plenty to do onsite and a good location for the area. We stayed in January for some skiing/tubing at Ski Butternut for a short weekend but would definitely like to stay here again in the warmer months.
