We wished for a place to stay overnight close to Tanglewood where we were attending a music event. We were very surprised and happy with the great accomodations! Everything you need is supplied and very comfortable for the two couples. Planning to return in the future. Awesome stay.

This place was fantastic for our family. The location was perfect for our plans in Stockbridge and came with wonderful amenities. We had two things to note: (1) The listing is missing the fact that there is access to do laundry on site as well. This was super helpful, but one does need to come prepared with laundry supplies: detergent, dryer sheets, laundry basket, etc. we were not prepared, but made do, as we needed to wash our towels with our longer stay. (2) There was an apple left in our room from previous cleaning underneath the television. Nothing major, but it was somehow overlooked. We are all human and things happen. Otherwise the kids did not want to leave. We definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the area to stay here. Thank you for sharing this property with us!

The location is great, but the accommodations left a lot to be desired. It was very odd having a bathtub right next to the bed in the main bedroom. If you showered in it (very dangerous for the senior citizen with me - there were no grab bars or nonslip mat unless you requested one from the front desk), the whole bedroom would steam up. Shower curtain was moldy. Kitchen was not well stocked at all. If you’re planning to cook, bring your own measuring cups, etc. The balcony was nice.

The room was clean, big and very comfortable. The whole facility was lovely, our 5year old had a blast at the indoor pool and the minigolf course. Our only complaint would be the lack of food options, the small cafe didn’t offer much variety. But the town was just a 6min drive and had plenty of options so that wasn’t a big deal for us. We enjoyed our short stay very much.

The villas are very clean and convenient to everything. It was well-stocked with towels, toiletries, kitchen utensils. My only hesitation in staying there again is that a number of guests in the common areas appeared rough and smelled of pot. Otherwise, it was perfect!

What a perfect spot for our family ! Villa was so clean and spacious. The pool and jacuzzis were a good size so it never felt too crowded. My kids loved the game room and outdoor playground. It’s a good location only being a few miles from Big Y , restaurants and stores. The front desk was very nice and it was an easy check in. Hoping to bring my extended family back here one day !

It was such a comfortable great place to stay for two days of skiing at Catamount Mt. I recommend that it have a cutting board and some extra blankets. Loved the amenities!

Kitchen stove did not work properly only one burner. Room said two full size bed and one king We had one king and one full won’t return there

Great place, lots of amenities, loved the noise of the babbling brook.

Except for the operation of the main bathroom shower, which there should have been instructions for, the property was excellent and worked very well for me and my son.

This is a perfect family rental. It’s in the Holiday Inn club so there are tons of amenities for kids. The place itself was clean, easy, and fun. Highly recommend!

We came with a group of 5 women for a concert, we enjoyed the space. I agree with some of the other reviews, there were a few spiders, and the third floor walk up was a lot. Also just say no to the offer at check in to skip the sales pitch. The pool amenities and location were all great easy to get around to the local attractions. Would stay again.

The property was nice but condos outdated. We had issues with spiders and ants in our unit. The shower in the master was not draining properly and clogged with hair. The shower curtains were not hung properly and had to be replaced. The 'queen' bed in the second room looked more like a double but the front office swore they only had queens. We did not realize this was a timeshare property and check in was held up by a sales pitch which I didn't appreciate after a long day of driving.

loved the outdoor table on the patio and the quality of the bedroom,bath and kitchen. Only two complaints. sharp knives are not sharp. Bring your own. It was a challenge cutting your bagel. Living room is small could you another comfortable chair. There is one 3 person couch and one lounge chair so it was not so comfortable for 4 people. Otherwise we loved this property

Stayed here for 2 days while attending Tanglewood concerts. We had a 2 bedroom villa, which was plenty big for 3 adults. Kitchen had all the basics, location is great for the Berkshires, priced very reasonably for the area. We did not use the amenities, but there is a pool that many people were using. All the staff are friendly, helpful and efficient.

This is a wonderful place to stay with lots of activities both for adults and children. I grew up in the area and still have family there making it the perfect location. We stayed 2 years ago and there seemed to be more staff this time and organized activities. If you’re a serious cook plan on bringing some supplies. I would have liked a whisk but managed with a fork. I also brought some dish clothes as they only provide dish towels and a sponge.

We had a very nice stay. The rooms were clean and spacious. The place is located within 10 to 15 minutes from multiple towns in the Berkshires. Great experience.

Check-in process was a bit clunky but the staff, facilities, and over all experience was exactly what we needed. The space was clean and sparse enough we could drop in and leave easily but still enjoy the basics in the kitchen. Requests for extra blankets etc. we’re fast and with a smile. The turn around in the pool and arcade kept the kids occupied and happy. Thanks to all the staff!

Brought my family up for a ski trip in the Berkshires. Good location. Clean. Friendly staff

This was a great property was a great place today if you're interested in a weekend stay near Butternut. The location was close enough to Butternut as well as neighboring towns in the Berkshires. The rooms were well appointed and clean. Having a pool and amenities on site was great as well. Note you do have to walk outside to access these so keep that in mind in winter. The pool area was very large and our family had a nice time. Would be great to have access to a few more towels. Outside of that I think the stay overall was great. We would definitely consider again for a future stay.

We stayed here for a ski weekend with our family. Saturday had record breaking cold temps so having the pool and arcade was a huge bonus. Our condo was very clean and well stocked, and the location was convenient to many Berkshires attractions. We would stay here again and recommend it. The only reasons for the 4 not 5-star review is that during the check in process they had us run through standard procedures then meet with a vacation specialist. There were four people checking folks in and they told us this specialist would print our room keys and provide our parking pass -- but we found out her main goal was to encourage guests to meet for a 90-minute presentation regarding time shares. We had no interest and the people checking us in could have screened us rather than have my family wait for longer to get into our condo. Additionally, our room had a weird bathroom layout. The shower and sink were in the master bedroom itself (the toilet was behind a closed door). I'm not sure all have the same layout, but if we stay here again, we'd request a different room. Otherwise, this is a great place and my family loved it!

We liked staying here because we have young kids and there was enough to do with the pool and activities. The rooms were clean enough, but also had hints that the upkeep was wanting. For example the couch had a couple of stains, the oven door was broken, a few dirty dishes in the dishwasher, and the jacuzzi water came out brown for 10 minutes. We did not use it. But otherwise the showers were warm and the beds were clean. There were plenty of towels and space. It was easy to access and park and quiet.

Our family of five (three young boys) were very comfortable in this clean, spacious property. Resort amenities were an added bonus. Perfect spot to enjoy skiing at Butternut then return "home" to activities for kids. Only minor issue: not enough hot water to fill a full tub. Otherwise perfect.

The property was very nice, very clean, good location. The amenities were great and wonderful to have the use of them.
