Great water sport activities and swimming. Location is amazing within walking distance of everything in Port Carling.

Room needs to be cleaned better, the floors were really dirty. Cutlery and dishes also. Not a big deal as there was ample cleaning products in the rooms kithenette. This is a pet friendly hotel which I think they might want to revisit as the walls are thin and the dogs are loud.

We loved the hotel and the staff was very friendly and pleasant. I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family.

The waterfront and water floats, kayaks and water bikes added to the lakes appeal. The sunrise off the lake in the morning is gorgeous.

The balcony on the king suite could have been larger.

There was no improvement needed regarding staff but it’s disturbing that some folks travel with pets,in this case a dog, when they surely know that the pet is not acclimated to being left alone in a strange environment. When the guests left the suite to dine, the upset animal barked until they returned. Poor pup!

Lovely little town, lovely people and the lovely place to stay was a jewel in the crown.

The flexibility of the staff accommodating the needs of a 95 yo ....thanks much I will definitely be back.

Room was large, clean and had everything you need to make your own food and save money. Price was great and the view was amazing. Staff was exceptional!

Hotel facilities were exceptional and even the reception Babaliya ... This place is really good but should try in summers.

We visited this location in the winter, and the scenery and property were beautiful and picturesque. Being right on the water, the snow covered the lake and it was a beautiful sight.

There were no eating facilities on the property, so we had to bring and make our own breakfast (the room had a kitchenette which was good).
