Cerca de la zona centro y con vistas parciales al letrero de Brasov

En el último momento antes de nuestra llegada nos avisaron que nos cambiaron de apartamento no era el que habíamos reservado según las fotos, este era un poco más pequeño. La habitación/baño olía a humedad a pesar de abrir ventanas. El anuncio dice que dispone de terraza con vistas , y efectivamente tienen una terraza con vistas a la montaña con letrero de Brasov pero no es privado, es compartido con otro apartamento. Tanto por mensaje como por carteles en la habitación te avisan que cobran suplemento por limpieza si no tiras la basura y dejas la habitación limpia y recogida así como los platos limpios, antes de la reserva no dicen nada de esto en el resto de alojamientos de Rumanía en los que estuvimos la limpieza está incluida en el precio de la habitación... Además la mini cocina está muy mal situada el fregadero tiene una escalera delante que hace muy difícil poder usarlo, no cabes y tienes que fregar a través de la escalera, súper incómodo y encima te exigen que lo dejes recogido... Viendo las condiciones nos pareció caro para lo que ofrecían, hay hoteles con mejor relación calidad precio en la ciudad. No dispone de parking, zona de difícil aparcamiento siendo toda de pago.

Location.

"The studio" is actually a guesthouse with multiple rooms. Even thought we told them we have a baby with us, we stayed in the attic, and we had to go through a dangerous staircase to get there. Also, the attic doesn't have any isolation and the room was a sauna. As it is common spaces with other guests, it was noisy until 1am.

Nothing

The host is a rude and arrogant person. He does not pickup the phone when being called. There is no parking around the property as announced on booking. I spent half an hour searching a payed parking spot. The bathroom was stinking. The sink was useless. It was stuck under the stairs for the second bed. No wonder they are willing to charge you 30 eur if you dont wash your dishes. It ruined my stay in Brasov.

Lovelessly furnished basement apartment with bad and damp air, nearly all doors don't close properly, plaster is falling off the walls, no stovetop, just so standard with very few kitchen utensils, no hooks on the wall, really cheap, pictures were on the floor, actually not for Familys

My apartment was not an apartment but a room with a bed, a small fridge, a microwave oven and a sink under a staircase. The bathroom has not ventilation.

Very cozy appartment good enough for family, couple or even small group of friends. It is good that it is so close to center and provides everything what you need. Checkin also doesnt need to be at axact time. We will be back one Day.

We felt in love with these apartments. Clean, cozy and with good view just in the heart of city!

We were 7 and positioned on the top floor, we were surprised how charming was the place itself, really nicely put together. Check in was easy, even as we checked in during midnight. Beds were comfy and very lodge-like :) Host was cheerful and welcoming. We loved the underground resting place as well, piano, chess, books, cosy atmosphere, free coffe, fridge, microwave... Everythign was tip top.

The toilet was hard ot reach for 190cm guy, because of a room beam right on the place where my head should be, but totally not the host's fault. TV was smaller than a laptop screen, but who cares really?

We were in a group of three, 1 king size bed and 1 hanged on top of kitchen. It was amazing. Yes, the hanged half was not mounted in iron pilons, it was pure wood and bolts but it wss made to last. It wss cozy. There is always room for improvements but overall it was a grest stay. It was clean, it was equiped with everything you need for breskfast like tossters, cofeemachine and microwave. It was relatively warm even though it was early dates of march. The bathroom is nice. It's near the old center and you have almoste every important tourist points of interest near you. The staff was polite and responsive. I would definetly come visit again !
