The location and layout

We had to requests towels, a comforter, tissue, starter kit and you needed a bigger skillet. You should have a checklist because items were missing. I had to call to obtain those items. The host was nice but the process could use some work.

Location was the best thing about this stay.

Collecting the keys was the worst experience that I have ever encountered! When we first arrived I was told that some unknown person was already in the apartment. My family and I had to wait hours for the property manager to come to the apartment and get the police involved to investigate this unknown person in the apartment before we were allowed to gain access. We traveled over 8 hours with children and the last thing I wanted to do was deal with this nonsense considering the amount of money we paid! The manager agreed to pay for my family to have dinner for the inconvenience. I sent him the receipts and was never reimbursed! The neighbors fought in the middle of the night and the hallways smelled like marijuana!! Stay at your own risk!!
