Need to improve cinema and other play activities

The environment and facilities in the complex. I loved the gym - staff was welcoming and friendly. Easy registration and enjoyed bootcamp sessions during my stay. Restaurants- Food was great and affordable 😋. Spa- My highlight enjoyed my treatments. Overall it was good 👍

Our room wasn't clean. The host needs to maintain and cleanliness. The most frustrating was no contingency plan for load shedding. We had to be in the darkness for the duration of load shedding. No lanterns or candles available in the room.

Very nice place with alot of onsite things to do. Our rrom had a fantastic view over the "beach"

No towels available, was in operating washing machine when we got there the evening @ around 18h00 when we checked-in.. Area was not cleaned properly before check-in,, as bathroom mats were lying outside on the balcony, some dishes still in dishwasher, old toilet rolls on the bathroom window, etc., etc..... No back-up power during loadshedding.(struggling to check in and out)

The staff was totally rude especially when getting inside the restaurant and pool area the lady there fought with so many people cos of her manner of approach. I didn’t understand why she had to take out our tags while leaving the pool area cos no touching cos of Covid but she insisted and the fact that you not allowed to get inside the pool area without a towel where you had your proper pool clothes with serongs covering your body didn’t make sense to me even more. I’m disappointed
