Check out was seamless with friendly and professional staff. Great location - walking distance to Sun Bet Arena which is perfect if you are attending a show there.

We’re told there was parking, part of the reason we booked there. We drive around for 30min trying to find a designated bay. there were none. The security guard could not help and neither did the admin desk. In desperation we parked in a numbered bay. We’re told there was a chance we would be clamped. Staff completely disinterested. Loads of empty numbered bays. I had booked a 2 rooms with breakfast. We went for a below average restaurant at Koi as it was booked and paid for ( so we presumed) . Apparently it was not included in the price we paid. We then had to pay R165 for a ridiculously overpriced breakfast.

Location, safe parking for vehicle.

We rented 2 units, the one unit 1511 deepfidge was covered in ice and we could not put a bag of ice in it..they definately didnt clean the deepfreeze for a while. Had only one sashet of coffee, but had alot of tea.

Location sucked and there was no breakfast nearby. Had to leave my car in the basement then walk to the restaurants at menlyn main 300m away. Eat then walk back to try find a lift to take me down to my car.

My room had no Aircon. The parking is a nightmare to get to because the elevators are slow and packed up all the time. The "hotel" is actually a residency. The name is deliberately misleading because there is another Capital hotel 300m away that is an actual hotel in the right location by the mall with a restaurant etc. This "Capital" is far away and just an apartment block that they have not yet sold all the apartments to. The room for the night was R4200. Complete rip off.
