Air conditioning is not functioning well... And need to call the technician to come to fix it.. So far other are okay

I like the lay out of the room, the view frm the balcony. Very airy, windy. Comfortable, clean. Easy access to eatery.

The place is not as grand as the name. The place is not very clean. There are bed bugs and my gf has been bitten all over her body and neck and the pillow is not as comfy. No access card door and still using padlock and unable to lock the door with the key.

no water near the toilet booked 2 months before actual holiday date but no initiative to fix the tap is not acceptable and after I requested to fix they are giving reasons that need to get the management approval to fix the tap near toilets! ridiculous reasons and on my 4th day of the stay there was a huge yelling and screaming fight between a couples that dragged for almost 3 hours till I had to complain to the staff and they called upon security to check! that was very traumatic

Easy to access to the property cause beside LDP Highway. Near Paradigm shopping mall, Giant Supermarket, Tabung Haji, Wisma Kastam, restaurant, petrol station, bank and shop lot area.

smell from neighbor house when they cooking. not enough glass provided. only 1 glass sharing.
