Fabulous. Very clean. Lovely crisp, clean bedding. Very safe and secure. Would be more than happy to stay here again! Close to the Belem train for Cais do Sodre and Cascais. Only a few doors down from the famous Pasteis de Belem bakery - so you can buy some tasty treats for breakfast and beat the queues that build up later in the day.

Tiny room, old and it smells all the time after food. Also you hear music from the shop below at night.

Die Lage war super in Belem und überall Möglichkeiten der Nutzung von ÖPNV. Das Personal insbesondere Rezption war sehr, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Das Einckechen nicht gut geklappt, da entgegen der Angabe die Rezotion nicht bestezt war und wor keinen Zugang erhlaten haben. Zudem wwar es eine Dacchgeschosseinheit und die Dusche dadurch extrem klein. Einmal gab es einen Stroomausfall.

Hôtel sans stationnement mais Pedro nous a indiqué des stationnements gratuits tout près, c’était parfait

- заселение с 15.00, мы прилетели в 9 утра, все закрыто, телефон не отвечает, багаж оставить негде. К 12 удалось дозвониться, оказалось, номер готов и можно заселиться. Запрос на раннее заселение, отправленный заранее, был отклонен без комментариев; сервис и взаимодействие с клиентом на 3 из 10.
- плохая шумоизоляция, слышен любой шорох в соседнем номере;
- управляющий был не очень тактичен, при общении несколько раз говорил «вы же в Европе!», как будто мы на северном полюсе живем))
- далеко от центра.

La chambre est grande et spacieuse, le personnel est très gentil.
On ne peut pas faire mieux pour l'emplacement à Belem, vraiment central et juste au dessus de la boulangerie des pasteis de belem, à 3min à pied du monastère et 15min de la tour. Parfait pour tout voir le matin avant l'arrivée des autres touristes :)
- L'odeur d'humidité et les problèmes d'infiltration
- Dernier étage sans ascenseur ave la valise, ça va qu'on est jeune ;)

The check in process was rather long when people have been travelling a long time

Very good location in Belem. We were able to walk from our hotel to everywhere in the City, and catch the train and metro to the airport.
There was a microwave, frig and dishes, but no additional sink (besides the bathroom) to wash dishes.

Great location, clean, good size rooms. The 3rd time we are staying here.
One of our rooms was on 4th floor and the stairs were a bit tough. But we knew there was no lift and took it as a great exercise!

the location is in a perfect spot- yes it is very touristy, but it is a good location to sightseeing spots. The staff was beyond kind and responsive! Loved the people who worked there. The room was clean, beautiful and the AC worked well.
Beware that there will be lots of stairs you will have to walk, so if you have any accessibility issues this property is not for you. The bathroom was tight as well, so definitely not for someone who needs larger clearances to get around.

The location of the hotel was excellent. In the heart of Lisbon. Walking distance to all major attractions. Train & taxi accessible.
The hotel was clean, room large & beds comfortable.
The Manager was friendly and went above & beyond, to show us Free parking & restaurants of excellent value & good food.
The Manager responded promptly with answering our questions.
Safe, with security at all points of entry codes.
Would definitely stay in the Famous Crows hotel again!
The only comment is that the room located facing the street was noisy during the night....if you are a sound sleeper, then this room is great for you!

The bed, the toillet and the location were really good. Right next to pasteis de belem.
We could have a water and coffee, not expensive and very pleasent.

the spacious room right in the heart of Belem! the host was amazing, Pasteries de Belem and Starbucks are next door as is the monastery and the Belem Tower is a short walk.
Be sure you have the ability to make phone calls to let host know when you arrive if not around. website said no one in registration on Wednesday but Pedro was.

the room Santa Clara on the 4th floor with very limited headroom was very spare otherwise, with one small high window. probably the least desirable room in the facility.

Had to walk for parking. Shower/tub was hard to enter and exit.

Friendly manager, famous bakery is just next door.
It was impossible to sleep since the guesthouse is located near extremely noisy street. Bedsheets had stains and hair, overall cleaning needs improvement. The room way to small for 3 people.

It was very nice and clean room and the bed was so confortable, super good location, we parked the car outside close to the room and was free all night. Moreover, the checkin was so easy as they sent us instruction and we could enter the room super relax

perfect location to discover Belem, 20m from the pasteis shop, the Geronimos and many restaurants, tram stop just outside as well. it’s safe and we had the studio which was very spacious and comfortable! great price will definitely stay there again!
