Could have been a little cleaner. Cobwebs in the ensuite. Deck could do with a wash.

Fabulous outlook over Nelson Harbour in an excellent penthouse with all needed amenities.

Would be good to have a lighter weight duvet as pretty hot and prefer not to use air con at night

Beautiful apartment that had everything and more than we were expecting. There were additional condiments such as dried herbs, spices and cooking oil for our use as well. Wonderful balcony area with a BBQ where we spent a bit of time both during the day and evening as the weather was lovely enough to be out reading and watching the comings and goings at Port Nelson. Great location with restaurants across the road and walking distance.

We have no complaints about our stay at Penthouse 39. A huge thank you to Chevaun, Wendy and the team.

The view was superb.

The bed was a bit firmer than I like.

Wendy was a terrific host. We travel widely as a couple , but we have never happened to meet a host like her. She drove us around town to make us familiar, waited in the car while we bought groceries, booked an Abel Tasman tour for us and the list is endless. She would call us everyday to ask how our day went and give dining suggestions. The apartment is beautiful and very well stocked.

The only downside was that the sea view was obstructed by ships coming in and cargo containers. It was well insulated from traffic noise by double glazing
