Просторная квартира с гостиной идеально подходящей для семейных посиделок и настольных игр. Очень много разнообразной посуды - в бесконечных кухонных ящиках кажется можно найти все, что угодно. Два туалета решают проблему очередей по утрам и вечерам. Двух кондиционеров более чем достаточно, чтобы охладить всю квартиру даже в +40. Хозяева очень приятные люди, всегда готовы помочь не только с вопросами связанными с апартаментами, но и с тем куда сходить поужинать, где лучше покупать еду и т.д.

Единственный минус - дом расположен на очень оживленной дороге, которая в 2 часа ночи кажется более шумной, чем в 8 утра.

Clean, comfortable, pleasant, modern apartment with very nice hosts. Everything for your comfortable stay. AC in living room and bedroom was a releif from the hot weather in August. Two WCs, two bedrooms, fully equiped kitchen with washing machine and washing supplies, dishwasher, fridge and many more... everything you need for feeling like home. will definitely recommend to all my friends and relatives visiting Yerevan.

Great place to stay long-term, very stylish and comfortable, fully equipped. It’s pretty close to centre and even though bedroom windows face a busy street, the noise is inaudible. Big table to organise a workspace, fast internet. The host is cheerful and helpful, we enjoyed every day there

The shower needs a water barrier

We stayed in the apartment for 2 weeks and had an amazing stay. The apartment is nicely decorated, with all necessary facilities and equipment. The check-in process was super easy and the owner was extremely helpful. A great option for a stay in Yerevan.

Absolutely nothing, everything was perfect

From the moment I walked in, I felt at home. The apartment's decoration is just perfect! A new and modern place with great furniture and every single home appliance for a family holiday. I wish all the hotel apartments were like this, well equipped and well managed by lovely owners who treat you like their friends.
