I liked not being downtown. The location was wonderful for us. The view is exactly what you see and just a few steps from the ocean. Any tour you need has on-site assistance but we walked the dock and used Ambergris Drivers. Le Roy the happy man was beyond helpful and we enjoyed every snokeling trip we had.

Great property with everything you need that's in a good location close to everything. Only negative with the Dolphin suite was a low water pressure problem which may be a town supply issue not a property issue. Sargassum (sea grass) on the beach can also be an issue at certain times but this is the case everywhere throughout the Southern Caribbean. Cleanup is ongoing at most resorts including Hidden Treasure. The Bottom line is that we would definitely stay here again.

Walking distance to a grocery store and fruit stands. The villa itself was well equipped with anything you would need to prepare meals. Comfy beds with air conditioning. If sunrises are your thing this is the perfect place. Can’t bear the view! I would recommend a room on the second floor. The first floor open directly to the pool and are not as private. If you are into spa treatments they will arrange an in villa treatment. Highly recommend Andrea and a coconut coffee scrub.

The rental was clean had everything we needed. The staff was excellent. The pool and jacuzzi were nice to use on non-snorkel days. There was loud construction next door every day 7am to 5pm.....and 1 night until 10pm. Simon the manager did his best to mitigate the situation. That we were gone snorkeling most everyday made the villa location bearable. Without the noise we would have given the villa itself, Simon, Freddie, the onsite lady manager all 5 stars.

Enjoyed our stay. Friendly staff. Property is well maintained. 15 minute walk to city center. Close by restaurants, stores and street vendors. Construction next door but not too noisy. Felt safe walking everywhere. Overall a good holiday experience.

San Pedro is full of people and can be loud, whereas Coral Bay is quiet. Coral bay is close to plenty of restaurants and stores, but without the hustle and bustle of downtown San Pedro.

Coral Bay was an amazing property. We really liked the layout and the pool and view were exceptional. Very friendly and attentive staff (Elsa and Freddie) always ready to help. Neighbors and other folks staying in different units some of which are owners - were very helpful and friendly as well with directions and guidance. South side of the island better for overall location in our opinion, and we will be back!

This is part of a stay already reviewed but I want to take the opportunity to Thank Simon, Freddy, Elsa and Oscar again. I didn't get to talk about how inviting and friendly they all are. We originally booked for May 30-June 10 but as it came closer we couldn't leave, so we stayed until Sunday. We all enjoyed games, learned about the hermit crabs in the area, visited over a refreshing drink and hung out with other guests and owners at the Beautiful Location. We truly did not want to leave and can't wait to get back. The accommodations are perfect and the aforementioned staff did everything in their power to make our stay the best.

Nice rooms, the staff were excellent and extremely helpful. Didn’t have to worry about anything. They helped with everything Golf cart rental, taxi, advice on things to do. Room was nice and clean, pool was nice. Close to everything, but quiet. Would stay here again.

Great location just south of town. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the condo was very nice. They only issue we had was a lack of water pressure upstairs, but buckets of water were provided to help when the pressure was too low.

Elsa was always quick to respond to questions, requests, and even remembered my boyfriends birthday. She gave us a list of activities, pricing, etc and even booked them for us including our golf cart for the week. Loved the all day snorkeling tour to shark alley, Caye Caulker. We loved all the Palapa restaurants, especially Dive Bar 303, being from CO. Location was close enough to town to walk, but far enough away to have some privacy. We also loved the bar at the end of the pier right out in front of the property. Slide and zip line into the ocean! The staff was awesome, place was cleaned daily, everyone was very friendly and we will definitely be back!
