The property was at the perfect location and it had a car par space exclusively prepared for the house. Can’t imagine anything better than this!!

great location in centre of Bowness with parking, apartment was very comfortable and clean with good facilities.

lack of certain crockery, only 4 mugs & very few glasses

Good location within town so easy to access local shops and restaurants.  Good base to then drive around lake district.  Apartment very clean with lots of space and adequate facilities.

Initially couldnt find the entrance into the parking from the main road, may be useful to have a small sign indicating where to turn into.  Would also be better to have more bins available in the bedrooms and bathroom instead of just in the kitchen for all the rubbish.

Very warm spacious apartment, well equipped, clean and would definitely recommend to others. Very good location, would have no hesitation in staying again. Nice touch finding a welcome basket and milk in the fridge.

We did have to buy some new batteries for the TV remote. Although the main areas of the apartment were very clean other areas are being missed and were dusty. The bottom of the shower door was dirty but rest of bathroom cleaned well.

Been here before. Central position, clean and comfortable. Good parking.

Views Lounge Location

Squeaky double bed Windows in need of some TLC, not overly secure and a couple just hanging on with one hinge.

The apartment needs some TLC; the blinds were cheap, nasty and broken, the light in the main bedroom had only 2 of 10 bulbs working.

Fantastic location close to Bowness town centre, the lake, and great hiking. Overall a lovely stay!!

Not so great sound proofing — next door neighbours were very loud late the last two nights.

Everything from the facilities,location etc is perfect.

Second time i,ve stopped here & everything about it is perfect,BUT,the only thing this time i could moan about, was the idiot who stayed above us in the lake view loft thought it was great to blast music at full volume from about 8-30pm onwards,& it sounded like a herd of elephants running about all the time,obviously expect a bit of noise,but if i wanted to hear music at full blast all the time & people jumping about,i,d have gone to a concert or a nightclub.

It was very good sized 2 bedroom flat and extremely convenient to everything in Bowness.

Mattresses need to be better and no sound insulation from double glazing. Blinds on windows could be upgraded so they keep some light out and shut properly.

Location was great for the town. Very comfortable and roomy. Would certainly use again.

The key collection stumped us a little. The entrance for this apartment was at the back of the building (opposite side to car park) . The apartment is called Silver Howe but this is only shown once you have got into the building, There is no name on the building and the apartment is actually number 4. We called number 4 on the intercom and the cleaner answered so we were looking for a key safe with number 4 on it. Turns out is has an S on it. Anyway, if it had said look for the key safe with an S on it this would have saved time. Also, extractor fan in bathroom didn't work so four adults showering in the mornings was a tad "misty". These are minor problems and didnt distract much from a great stay. Lastly if like us you live in a house be mindful that wooden floors in apartments are not good "noise wise". This is not that fault of the apartment owner but part and parcel of being in a flat. We were out every evening but whilst we were getting ready it sounded like a racehorse was being trained upstairs.
