This property met every expectation. It is warm and inviting, a true home away from home. The kitchen is well stocked, which allowed us to prepare meals with ease. We had 8 people in our party as well as our pup. This property accommodated all of us, including outdoor space specifically designed with pets in mind. I highly recommend this property!

Nice property with a great location. Communication was very good. Only issue was that we were given 2 door codes. The one given right after booking was the correct one. Thank heavens I had that one too. Also, didn't see email at the end since I received texts too. So we missed one of your instructions for the door code to notify you of our departure. Great place. Would recommend. Our dog loved it too.

This rental was perfect for our weekend getaway. Impeccable cleanliness and instructions on property rules. The internet was non-functional (froze for 7-10 mins every 20 minutes) that was an inconvenience. After resetting the router and multiple attempts, we simply our data. Other than that the house was amazing and would stay again

This is the second year in a row that we stayed at this place. My partner and I travel from Yuma on our way back to Canada and my niece & her family from Driggs ID. Great place to meet. We hope to do it again next year.

I was very satisfied with the cleanliness of the property but the best part was the bed! The sheets were incredibly soft and I slept like a baby.

Very fun, clean, and great location

I am still in shock that we were able to book this place when we did since it seemed like the place was pretty much booked. This was such a fun stay. Super dog friendly! They even had food/water bowls in the home for our dog and an area in the enclosed patio for the dogs to go potty. Plus a really cool sink in the half bath that you could potentially bath your little pup if need be. Our kids loved playing pickleball, playing at the park, and swimming. The pool had a great mix for adults/older kids to enjoy, plus a shallow area for the younger kids. There was plenty of space in the unit we stayed in and it was great that there was plenty of parking. Oh, and there were even some spaces for trailers which worked out perfect since we brought down an off-road vehicle. We would 100% stay here again and plan to!

Our experience was fine. The house was (moderately) clean and presentable and everything worked like expected but the overall experience was a bit off-putting. Having stayed in lots of short term rentals this rental management company came across as “hospitality is a secondary goal.” After signing a huge legal doc for 3 days of staying, being charged extra for a damage waver we didn’t need, being told to bring our own toilet paper and other consumables, and a long list of other requirements (some of which contradicted themselves with other docs), we felt like we were prisoners in the house, not guests. We received emails, long texts, written documentation in folders, printed instructions for laundry, it was all overwhelming. There was no “welcome home” aspect we’ve come to love with other short term rentals. It was more of a “you’re here because we allowed it. Here is what you do while you stay.” Obviously from my star ratings the above issues were not deal breakers but we will probably avoid this company going forward. It was too stressful being there. Outside of that here is where I feel they lost stars: Cleanliness - the toilets has not been scrubbed very well and there was quite a bit of hair along the tub corners. Everything else was as we’d expect it to be. Check-in process - our automated documents and texts did NOT have a door code like it was supposed to, we had to call and wait on hold to even get in the room which was frustrating after a long drive. Communication with property manager - we had to call on a few things, one required us to leave a voicemail and get a text back. Overall rating - we put “ok” because it really was. The fine print like fines and things were full page warnings, the consumables were plenty for our stay but their aggressive “you have one days worth of stuff - bring everything you need” caused undue stress and concern that they were going to nickel and dime us (which they fortunately did not do), but it wasn’t worth the anxiety for the whole stay when we’ve never had that elsewhere. There was also garbage bags in front of the house with dirty sheets in them they didn’t pick up prior to our check in time. If you don't mind these things it’s worth the cost to stay, but if you’re like us with little kids and already feel out of place and paranoid about taking care of a property while having an enjoyable time, I’d find another place to stay.

This rental property was fantastic. Sparkling clean, modern and functional decor, comfortable beds, and a convenient location. It will be at the top of our list if we venture back that direction.

The condo was perfect! Lots of room to relax and enjoy. Beds were comfy. So accommodating for pets. We loved our stay!

The property was perfect for the four of us and two pups. Next time we would not hesitate to book it again and bring our married daughter and her hubby. There is plenty of room. We made thanksgiving dinner here and everything was great- we only had to bring our own roasting pan!!

The place is beautiful and very thoughtfully done - especially with allowing pets. The online listing was not consistent on the pet issues (multiple third parties were involved), so I had to make a call, after I paid non-refundable money, to straighten that out. Door was temperamental at after-hours check-in so I had to watch a YouTube video after 500 miles on the road. Lots of "big brother' type messages about quiet time, arrival & departure info, etc. It was annoying when you just want to be on vacation and enjoy yourself. I can see how some people might find that stuff helpful but I'm not one of them. Fees are also high. Found listing on a hotel site but pricing structure is definitely that of a vacation property rental (which was not apparent on the first site until the link took me to VRBO). I would still recommend it, just know what to expect.

Clean, spacious and well designed for families, dog friendly and great amenities including pool, gym and playground. 15 minutes from the heart of St George with groceries and convenience stores a short drive away. I would stay there again and will recommend it to others. Thanks, Purdy!

No more fighting hover the TV.

This place was in the perfect location with proximity to St George and it’s surroundings! Brand new, super clean, amazing space. Our dogs especially loved the private back patio and the neighborhood walks before we’d leave them to enjoy the area. One of our favorite stays!

Perfectly clean, had everything we needed in it! Had an issue with the sink, and the owner came and fixed it within the hour! Great service and hospitality and a perfect property!

The owner did an amazing job with this home! It was spotless and like staying in a model home. The house was stocked with great utensils, dishes, appliances, linens, etc. not just odds and ends someone got at a garage sale. The fenced yard was perfect for my pups who don't potty well on leashes, so being able to give them space to do their business was great. Garage parking is an added bonus. My biggest complaint is the management company. We stayed for five days with no wifi and never received a call back from management after multiple phone calls. It is a newer area, so even cellular service was barely usable. The only contact I received from the management company was automated messages notifying me that the pool was closed. Luckily there is lots to do in the area because being home with kids and having no wifi or pool was in no way ideal. The message stated that they were going to fix the pool asap, but it was closed 4 out of 5 days of our stay. So we loved the property, enjoyed the luxury after days of heat and hiking, but can only give 4 stars due to management.

This is a great property! Beautiful and well maintained with everything you could need!! My kids had the best time making new memories, and it was very comfortable for our fur babies too! I appreciate having the option to bring them and make them a part of our vacation! We were within 10-15 minutes from just about anywhere we wanted to explore! We would definitely stay here again and appreciate all of the details and amenities in this home.

Our family used the property as a home base for adventures around Hurricane.

We had an amazing time at Purdys place! We brought our 2 pups and everything was just perfect for them. Location, cleanliness, amenities all perfect. The only snag for us was communication with freedom rentals when we wanted to get a late checkout on Monday, we couldn’t get a hold of anyone via phone or email on Sunday; by the time we did it was already too late and we had checked out. Other than that everything was fantastic, we would stay again in a heartbeat.

The property is so clean and organized you will want to move in forever. The location is perfect to get to anything in St. George easily. They are way more than pet friendly. They provide toys and bowls to use during your stay. The best part is the community is small so we were steps from the pool and pickleball. Our kids spent more time outside than inside enjoying the beautiful weather. If you like watching TV there are 3 huge TVs. And more bathrooms than bedrooms if you like your own place to get ready. I will book this townhome anytime I go to St. George in the future. Thank you Purdy for sharing your place.

What a wonderful weekend! The condo was all that we hoped for and more! Super dog friendly yet spotless! We enjoyed the pickle ball courts and pool as well and Logan was very easy to reach and very friendly! Will definitely stay at “The Spot” again!
