I was stay more than 5 hotel in NYC and this hotel have low quality rooms they are too small and had no good facilities.They didn’t have breakfast and inside was bad smells in walkway.My rating for Kay hotel in nyc which I stay was 0.

rooms are old, unhygenic, definetly not family friendly, there are a lot of short visit customers. My first room had smoke smell, the door lock was not working. I had to get my room key reset every day, sometimes twice a day. Neighborhood is not that great either. Don't be fulled by the pictures, they have painted the property from outside but inside its horrible, shower curtains don't stop the water from flooding the floor.

Service. Even room key does not work.

Y’all need to take the 5 stars comment that only confuses people I would have rather 10 dollars more for the hotel across the street.
