El servicio fue excelente, todo estaba muy limpio y bonito. El desayuno muy bueno. El personal sumamente atento, algunos hablaban español y nos ayudaron a tomar el metro y como funcionaba. Super recomendando el lugar. A+

Todo estuvo super, no tengo ninguna queja.

El hotel está situado en un barrio de Queens donde básicamente hay comercios chinos. Hay que desplazarse un poco para poder llegar a barrios originales de Queens, pero los restaurantes asiáticos de la zona son muy buenos. Además, el hotel tiene un restaurante italiano con muy buena pinta, aunque no tuvimos oportunidad de probarlo. En recepción tienen preparada una lista de restaurantes que visitar por la zona, pero nosotros fuimos a uno aleatoriamente y estuvo estupendo. La limpieza de las habitaciones y del hotel en general es muy buena, excelente diría. La habitación tiene un tamaño considerablemente grande, de sobra para las dos personas que éramos, con maletas grandes, nevera y microondas. El baño era espacioso y estaba muy limpio. El servicio de habitaciones merece un 10. El hotel cuenta con desayuno y, para ello, proporcionan unos tickets que hay que entregar, dado que el desayuno es en el restaurante. El desayuno es espectacularmente bueno: salados, dulces, fruta, yogur, cereales. Algunos huéspedes rellenan unas tarteras para llevarse el desayuno, y eso vacía rápido el contenido de los contenedores de alimentos, pero suelen reponer bastante rápido. El personal del restaurante es muy servicial y amable. Este hotel nos ha sorprendido enormemente. Tiene transporte con el aeropuerto La Guardia, que aunque nosotros no utilizamos (íbamos desde el aeropuerto JFK), es un servicio muy bueno. El precio, considerando además que el desayuno está incluido, es muy bueno para la calidad del hotel.

Por poner algo, lo único que le puede resultar a alguien malo es que el hotel está muy a las afueras de Manhattan. Esto para nosotros no era malo del todo, dado que tiene línea de metro directa al centro, y no se tarda demasiado en esa línea (además, al ser la primera parada, vas sentado). Nos permitió también conectar bien con barrios que estaban fuera de Manhattan y con el aeropuerto JFK. Debido a la localización, el precio es enormemente más bajo que los hoteles de Manhattan, aunque la calidad es incluso mejor que muchos otros hoteles del centro.

Loved the breakfast, it in their on site restaurant. They also serve dinner at a discount to guest but we didn’t get to partake. Location is good

Room was old and dated. Carpets are hideous and super old. Our had this terrible brown stain, it was huge. Then the AC was leaking in our room onto the carport. Informed the front desk but they said no manger was onsite and they’ll check the next day. We checked out the next day so not sure what happened.

The free shuttle service was really convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful. Despite the location being outside centre, the subway system was close by and we were able to get everywhere from there. The hotel is surrounding by some amazing cheap food spots. The room had great facilities and the bed was super comfy. Lovely buffet downstairs too.

ATM on the ground floor didn’t work. We were also not informed of any deposits required when arriving.

Comfortable bed, clean room, good breakfast, on site restaurant was delish and a good deal. We had some street noise that made it difficult to sleep through the night but again the bed was great. Appreciated the shuttle to and from airport. Prompt and courteous drivers.

Noise canceling windows. Not a huge complaint. We were so tired from restless first night and touring that even when awakened with street noise went right back to sleep. Ear plugs would be the practical recommendation.
