Nice view, clean room, excellent location

We have been coming to PCB every year for 10+ years. Now that I have a 1 year old I wanted to find somewhere with all the conveniences with having a baby. This condo and property offered that. We stayed the week of July 4th, which is always one of the busiest weeks of the year in PCB. The security on the property was amazing. The parking was the easiest and most convenient parking we have ever experienced. We always found a spot very close to the door and there were always empty spots without having to drive around searching for one. The elevators were very quick and we never had to wait more than a few seconds. The room is right beside the elevators and stairs which was so helpful. The trash shoot was also right outside the room and so convenient (don’t worry, there is no smell from it). The condo had all the dishes and cookware we needed and we cooked a majority of our breakfasts and dinners in the room throughout the week. The full size washer and dryer were a huge plus for our group. The pools and splash pad were so clean and easy to get to. The restaurant beside the pool looked so nice and we hope to try it next time. The beach access was easy and very clean. We loved not having to walk to far on the beach to be close to the water. The communication from the owner was also top notch, I felt very informed and prepared for arrival. This is our new favorite place and we hope that we never have to stay anywhere else!

We loved the condo and can’t wait to go back. The view was nothing short of amazing the condo was well furnished We will be returning as soon as we can!!!

We stayed here (7 of us) and there was no lack of space, communication, or accommodations whatsoever. This was absolutely beautiful. We needed a get away with views and beachfront access, and this was perfect for us as a family. We definitely would stay again … 5 stars all the way!

The home looked like the pictures online. The host was very responsive and communicated very well. The location was great!

We loved the security of the property and the cleanliness of the condo. It was wonderfully located for everything that we wished to do and the view of the ocean in the morning, and in the evening was magnificent. We were able to walk on the beach and use the pool and the hot tub and all of the facilities. Absolutely loved our stay.

Beautiful beachfront condo in PCB. Located close to the pier, many stores and restaurants within walking distance. This condo was clean, inviting, and made it easy to relax. Middle of Tower 2 with breath taking views. We could watch dolphins and Manta Rays from the balcony, enjoy sunsets, and just relax to take it all in. You can walk a short walk down the beach to schedule jet skis, banana boat rides, and parasailing. Darren was easy to contact and will make sure you enjoy your stay. Can’t wait to return!!

The actual complex did not disappoint. However, the condo itself was extremely disappointing. The condo is extremely run down, cupboard doors falling off cupboards when you open, dirty, kitchen cupboards chipped and old, deck is dirty and run down. No rugs in condo, so when you walk on deck then back in condo, you track dirty in. We ended up purchasing a rug and left it there. Pictures do not show any of this. Condo states it sleeps 8, however, there were only 4 plates, 3 bowls, not enough silverware for 8 people to eat at the same time. Not enough bath towels for 8 people to shower the same in one day. Kitchen was extremely under supplied. We went to use a fry pan to make eggs and the pan was put back in cupboard after someone cooked hamburger and never cleaned it (hunks of burger and grease). So we threw that one away and then could not make eggs for breakfast. I contacted owner and he just said sorry you were disappointed. Did not offer anything to approve. (did not offer a discount, did not offer to bring more dishes, etc. I would recommend this property but stay away from this condo.

Great location, everything you need is a short drive away. Plenty of places to go. Resort was clean, love the gated community. Felt safe.

If you are looking for a place right on the beach that you can wake-up to a cup of coffee while watching the dolphins swim by, this is the place. Easy access to the beach right below, nice pools, located next to tons of restaurants and pier park.

The views are spectacular! The other guests/residents were very friendly. We enjoyed the on-site amenities as well. It’s also located near grocery stores and other stores to pick up necessities. I would highly recommend

Owners and staff were very easy to work with. Condo is located right beside the elevators, which was nice for carrying luggage. Everyone enjoyed our stay and would stay there again!

The location was great! Condo was roomy. We hope to come back when the temperature cooperates to use all of the amenities of the resort. Owner was quick to respond and property felt safe with plenty of security.

Property owners are excellent on communication-very easy to work with. Condo is very spacious and well stocked. Beds are very comfortable to sleep in. Very neat and clean. Unbelievable views from the balcony. Great amenities on the resort for all ages. Would definitely stay again

Check in was a breeze & the owners of property were quick to respond with questions I had as we arrived super early before condo was ready. The condo was larger than I anticipated and I have a HUGE Sand PetPeeve and there was 0 - I mean 0 sand on the floors as you walked barefoot. (Small thing that I greatly appreciated) There were fun ocean boogie boards and umbrellas for use on the balcony for guests to use which was a HUGE PLUS for the beach! The bedding was clean and fresh, I felt right at home cozy with Netflix at night in the primary room with my own bathroom and walk in closet. The kitchen had everything we needed including a Ice Maker in Fridge to top off the amazing things this property had! I can’t wait to bring my family here next time! The location is SUPER close to all Beach Shops and A Wal•Mart too!! [extremely convient]

This property was the best we have ever stayed at. It had super close access to everything we needed and was roomy enough for our entire large family. Being right on the beach and also having access to a pool and hot tub was awesome. The owners are great at communicating back with you if you have any questions. I highly recommend this place! It comes equipt with everything you need to cook and clean. Its like a home away from home... But in a paradise! I will be back one day and try to stay here again! Do yourself a favor.... Get this place.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. Very clean! Darren was amazing. Very responsive and helpful! You can’t beat the beautiful views of the gulf from the balcony and floor to ceiling windows. The many pools to choose from are another great feature. The beds were so comfortable! Kitchen has everything you need. Great location, close to everything! Will definitely book this place for our next vacation!

Extremely clean and well furnished with an Awesome view!

We have no complaints at all! The ocean views are amazing with the full length windows and sliding glass doors. Unit was very spacious, clean and has pretty much everything you need for a perfect getaway. Furniture and beds are very comfortable and water pressure in both showers was excellent (that’s a big deal to us)! The tenth floor sounded high because we are used to staying on lower levels but it wasn’t bad at all - we spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the breeze and beautiful view! Owners are very communicative and friendly. We will definitely stay here again!

The location and view from the property are amazing. With direct access to the beach, as well as a hot tub and warm pool, this property was a lot of fun to stay at! With that being said the property could use some updates (furniture, chipped paint). The building seemed to be mostly occupied by seniors so it was very quiet and perfect our little one.

We had a fabulous time! Right on the Gulf of Mexico facing the water. The condo was very clean and comfortably furnished. Beds were comfortable. We are looking forward to a repeat visit. The owner was very responsive with both email and text messages.
