Ligger isoleret fra centrum af Cervinia (kort afstand i luftlinje, men langt at gå op og ned af stejl landevej, glat når det har sneet og en del trafik, mørk tur om aftenen). Derfor bedst at køre i bil frem og tilbage til byen. Der går dog en bus ca hver 30 min. Besværet betød, vi mest blev i lejligheden om aftenen. Ucharmerende stort byggeri med lange gange. Kommunikation og instrukser vha lange sms’er og videoer. I forbindelse med aflevering af nøgle ved afrejse, fik vi IKKE at vide, at koden til nøgleskabet var ændret. Efter en del frustrationer ringede vi op og fik ny kode. Dette tolker vi som en kontrol af os - om vi var ude af lejligheden. Usympatisk form for kontrol. ATTENZIONE LEGGETE BENE!! Dopo aver prenotato e pagato, arrivano email con link dubbi per rifare il pagamento dicendo che non è andato a buon fine il pagamento e potrebbero cancellare la prenotazione. Sempre dopo aver pagato, mandano un pdf con istruzioni di una pagina intera per trovare la chiave e la camera non essendoci alcuna receprion. Chiedono numero di carta di credito su whatsapp per trattenere la cauzione di 100 euro e, sempre nel famoso pdf, minacciano di trattenere la cauzione se farete una delle seguenti cose: - non buttate l'immondizia quando uscite? trattengono la cauzione! - Usata gli asciugamani colorati invece di quelli bianchi? trattengono 40 euro di cauzione! - Fate il check in dopo le 20? 30 euro trattenuti di cauzione! Inoltre, dopo aver varie volte confermato via whatsapp che il check in sarà fatto alle 16, arriviamo in struttura e la camera non è fatta! è sporca, letti non fatti e asciugamani sporchi per terra.

YOU HAVE TO PAY €300 DEPOSIT. They should say it on top of the description but instead it is mentioned somewhere in more information. The room was non refundable and I could not cancel it after I realized about the deposit right after booking it. After I made the booking, it was required to pay all in advance which was non refundable. They sent a message that I have to pay 300 euro deposit and when I leave the place if everything is fine they will pay me back. I got a message from unknown number asking me to send them my credit card details to block the deposit on my account. Of course I could not trust someone randomly contacting me on WhatsApp. I contacted Booking costumer service, and apparently it was written on the general info of the accommodation. So I had payed for the accommodation and basically I could not check in untill I would pay €300. I was not comfortable sharing my credit card details with them so I had to pay the deposit and then they told me they would pay me back if everything was fine. All of this was only for one night. How on earth can someone damage a place €300 for a night. So during my journey to Cervina I had to waste my time contacting Booking and the accommodation agent all the time. I could not enjoy the view just staying on the phone for 3 hours. When we paid them deposit I received an information letter about the self check in and the rules. One of the rules was that we had to TAKE all the TRASH OUT OURSELVES because the housemaid might not come for cleaning for a couple of days. It was written that if you don't take the trash out you might have to pay a penalty which will be taken from the deposit. During our stay the electricity went off a few times and we were told to check it out ourselves from the corridor or whatever outside our room. So apparently there was no one around to take care of these things. Also we could not adjust the temperature of the shower.
