the inside is very nice. tv and Wi-Fi access good.

this has the potential to be fantastic IF they allowed access to the water. I don’t even care about pool hot-tub. it’s a sketchy 7-10 minute walk to the beach. The beach is Ok. definitely better beaches on island. I also had to email to get my deposit back. I tried setting up a ride for $25 through the company and then they didn’t show-up ended up paying $45 to get to airport. it’s a nice place but I really thought the location was going to be better. nothing really walkable . and no secure parking if we did have a car.

It had black nats and ants.

Very close to the beach and a spacious apartment. Bed was comfortable and air conditioning was available. Nice and helpful host.

We did not have warm water for 2 days, the stove wasn't completely functional. Dishes in the cupboards were dirty. Wifi did not work all the time.

It was a cute 2bedroom 2 bath

Ok first I didn’t get to watch tv my entire stay it never worked .. The upstairs shower was clogged up bad I sent them pictures an videos for proof , the shower downstairs was leaking so bad my sister fell an broke a glass in the closet closet because it was water everywhere, I reached out to them they sent someone to unstop the upstairs shower but never responded to my message about the downstairs shower or the tv

walking distance to bahmar casino, the area was a good area. neighbors was very polite no matter what time it was.

no acutal parking lot, just dirt. no back yard or lounging area due to construction of the place.

The inside of the house met our expectations and it was quiet.

There was no breakfast, apparently due to corona. The host did not meet us. The adress is ot correct, it leads to the private house next door. I got at least 200 emails from Saunders Beach cottage via booking.com so it was impossible to see if any contained important information. The term "Beach cottage" is very misleading: There is at least 300m to the sea along a very busy road. It was not even possible to see the ocean from the house, exept perhaps from the upstairs bathroom. I really missed an outdoor space connected to the house. One of the pictures show a path to the house, but this is taken in the garden of the private property next door and the picture is therefore very misleading.

Everything was great, and clean. Great hosts!!

Lied about access’s to beach.

The set up with one bedroom upstairs and the other on the bottom floor. Each room having its bathroom.

It didn't have parking space. Too close to the road. Internet interruptions was too often.

Bianca came and offered to come before 4p without me asking.

The check in was ONLY about MONEY! Not an experience. Absolute Chaos. My booking was not complete. Booking showed me payment but the property said the DONT hv it. Chaos. Hassle after a flight on my first visit to a new country completely on my own. Stranded if I didn’t figure that out quickly. Repulsive service NO WIFI NO AIR CONDITIONING DRAINS IN SHOWER CLOGGED OUTLETS NOT WORKING. NO ACCESS TO BACK PATIO TO SEE BEACH AS ADVERTISED. This property is FALSELY represented online. I am still waitin on the other 70% to be refunded. I have PICTURES of alllllll the workers that came to the property every single day of my stay. With tools and noise. Terrible experience for the start of my 3Week stay in Nassau. I booked this in particular as my first stay because I anticipated that I would be getting what I signed up for. Happy to send the pictures because I’ll be posting them EVERYWHERE where this property is advertised and I will find out who owns this property.

Bianca was extremely nice and understanding. The atmosphere was relaxing.
