Good for me

location is good, check in/check out process is smooth. high speed wifi, comes with 3 room and 2 bathroom. sofa, tv box, fully equip kitchen

floor is little bit dusty

Strategically located. Clear and precise location during checking in and out. Owner was also very responsive to queries.

The facilities were good

The apartment was not clean. There were ants on the kitchen bench. I cleaned it again, and the ants just kept coming back. The main bathroom was small and had mould. The ensuite was ok but still had mould everywhere. The ironing board and iron was in a bad condition.

Nice facilities, good and clean place to stay.

No food within walking distance, but lucky to have a convenience store at ground floor.

All okay but just for suggestions for others bedroom could provide place to hang clothes/towel inside room.

I loved the accommodation and also the environment.. overall it was great

H2O residence itself is a nice place, complete with Mynews shop easy for us to do some food supply shopping, security guard also helpful and nice, enough parking space and very convenient, house has all the basic stuff and the host was very attentive.

House with so many rules I must say. We have encountered some issues while we want to enter the building for the second night as the QR pass prepared by the host was only valid for one night. Even though the issues was immediately sorted but it has caused some inconvenience experience for us. The mattresses should be replaced as it is in a very uncomfortable state already. Requirement to check out at 10am is not very convenient for us who travel from other state, RM50 extra fees is chargeable if you want to check out at 12pm (yes we rather opted for this at the cost of RM50).
