Loved the area and place, will come there again.

Sandra was amazing to work with and helped solve a small mishap quickly upon our arrival. We had a relaxing weekend with the best views of the gulf. We will be looking to try to book our next moms and daughters trip there again!

This place is wonderful! The host, Sandra, is very helpful & kind. The unit is as described or better. Our final night we were already booking another stay. Best part is the view. Even while inside. The balcony is tremendous. You don't have to be out & about to feel like you're on vacation because where you are is already pleasant. We appreciated the sun umbrella. It helped us spend more time on the sand. Also includes many towels, bath & beach. Living area is very roomy. Tips: The rules sheet says you need a parking permit. Some guests had them on their mirror with unit #'s & check out dates, but Sandra said we didn't need one as long as we were in her # spot (which she provides before check in.) So don't worry about getting one. We liked the bed by the window better than the one in center of room, so we switched. Both are the same size & we slept great. Internet was dependable. Kitchen is very good! Quietest dishwasher ever. (She provides dish detergent.) LOVE that there's a KEURIG, not just coffee maker as those are so much easier to buy coffee for while traveling. Location itself was lovely. We biked all around (Bike rack near elevator.) Once the elevator is fixed, it'll be perfect. Walking up the 5 flights was tough, especially upon check in. But the host let us know in advance it was waiting on a part. We appreciate the great communication. Top of my list as a fave VRBO stay.

Sandra made sure we were very well taken are of and Sarah the cleaning lady made sure everything was cleaned from top to bottom! The view from our balcony was beautiful! This made our 45th wedding anniversary very special. Thanks again 😁

Our favorite place to stay

Loved the area and condo! Kitchen beautifully designed and decorated. Beach chairs a little rusty but they worked! Would have loved a lay down beach chair but they are rare these days! Beach was busy there but we found a spot for our personal huge tent, condo & pool were very quiet!!

Condo was beautiful, location was perfect. Sandy responded quickly to any questions. Condo was stocked with everything you need including beach chairs and umbrella. This made for a great vacation.

Good communication with owner. Had all the amenities( towels, beach chairs, rafts, etc) and really appreciated that! Pictures reflected the property, pool was clean, the unit was nicely decorated, appliances were updated, close to some restaurants and put put golf. We would stay again. We had a great time!

The property looks exactly as pictured in the listing. It's clean, relaxing, and the beach has some nice shells. The location is great and there were beautiful sunsets. Definitely exactly what our family of 5 needed to unwind and get out of the northern cold for a week. Highly recommended!

I have stayed at this condo more than once, and can’t wait to come back! The location, beach, and general laid back vibe are perfect for a week at the gulf.

This condo was perfect for my family of 5. I have two teens and a 5 year old. There was ample places to sleep and the beds were amazing! The kitchen was stocked with great cookware and appliances. There were even condiments, coffee, k-cups, and spices. The property owner has everything you need! She has plenty beach towels, sand toys, umbrellas, plenty of beach chairs, and a cart to take your things to the beach. We could have literally just packed our clothes and not had to worry about other items. Even though there were a lot of people staying at the property, the pool was never crowded. The views are amazing as well! My only complaint is that there is not a washing machine in the unit. The washer and dryer took my money several times and the change machine did not have any change during our entire stay. Otherwise, it is a great place to stay!

I went on this trip with my 7 year old son. The property was perfect for the two of us. The decor was so cute and inviting. Everything we needed was included, even sand toys and beach chairs! The view from the balcony was exactly what I hoped for. The walk to the beach was quick and easy. My son also thoroughly enjoyed the heated pool. I 100% recommend this property and hope to be back again soon!

Loved visiting this property, and I can’t wait to come back for another stay! Location couldn’t be more convenient and more inspiring for a relaxing time! The condo has everything we needed and then some! We really appreciated the beach towels and chair, but the home was so well stocked that there was nothing we didn’t have on hand! The complex was very quiet and well run, so I felt like we could enjoy the property without Being annoyed by the typical issues you get a beachfront property! We couldn’t get enough of sitting out on the deck and enjoying the view and the sounds! I really couldn’t say enough good things about our stay!!
