Our family gathered from abroad and the US to these two lovely townhouses. The hosts were communicative and helpful. Check in and checkout were simple and convenient. Very comfortable beds, thoughtful details, well equipped kitchens and bathrooms. Plenty of upscale linens and towels, laundry equipment, baby equipment and household supplies. Parking was adjacent, and two garages were available to us. We felt secure and welcome in a beautiful neighborhood close to historic King William and some really fine restaurants including Bar Loretta and the Liberty Bar. Thank you for hosting us during our family wedding. You helped make it a memorable week.

We were two families of six each in our parties. Both units were very clean and very comfortable. There was plenty of space for each family. We were close to several theme parks and the airport and within walking distance to the Alamo and Riverwalk. If we are ever in the San Antonio area we will definitely stay here again!

The space was great for our 9 adults. Each room having king bed and own bathroom was the perfect set up for us!

We rented this property of adjoining identical homes for a long weekend with friends. The homes are stylish, clean and look brand-new. Everyone had their own king-sized bed and personal bathroom. Although we are at the nearby restaurants, the kitchens would have worked great to prepare meals. The living room/dining room spaces were comfortable for our group of 6 to relax and talk. The property owners went above and beyond with little welcoming touches like Topo Chico waters in the fridge and Texas-shaped tortilla chips and salsa waiting for us on the counters. Overall, it was a wonderful place with the right balance of private spaces and gathering spaces. Great location- walkable to the Riverwalk and other spots. Every person in our group remarked at what a great find it was.

We would have preferred a single rental with 4 en-suite bedrooms but couldn’t find it so went with two of the side by side townhouses. Worked just fine! Walk to a few restaurants and the River Walk and Alamo if you’re really adventurous. The place was clean and had everything we needed. Staff was fully accessible and anxious to assist.

We enjoyed the stay .. great location, clean, and all the information was accurate! The only drawback was all the steps… but we made it work ok !! Nice welcoming touches left by the hostess .. well done!

We rented units 103 and 104. Both units were beautifully furnished , very well kept and very comfortable. It was a huge plus that each bedroom had a private full bath. Plus each unit also had a guest bathroom. Despite being close to lots of activities the neighborhood was very quite. Only suggestion would be boxes of Kleenex and perhaps a small rug by the refrigerator to protect the beautiful flooring as the ice sometimes jumps out of the glasses onto the floor when using the ice dispenser.

We had 4 couples, so 2 per unit. The somewhat strange thing about the layout is that the only way to enter the unit is directly into a bedroom. And lots of stairs, being 3 levels. If you have a bad knee or hip, I would not recommend it. Fortunately none of us had an issue with that. Overall, we loved it! Easy 20 minute walk to the Riverwalk through a safe neighborhood.

Amazing location, we highly recommend. The Riverwalk, Alamo, & restaurants are all within a 10 minute walk. The house was very clean and our site manager was extremely helpful. Thank you for making it a great experience.

We usually book several rooms at a hotel on riverwalk to enjoy the Christmas lights, eat out, and play tourist in the town that we grew up in. Now that our families have expanded it became harder to find hotel accommodations to suite us. I stumbled upon this listing in Southtown and jumped on it! This location is amazing! We had the Friendly Spot Icehouse at the end of our block, B Cycle rentals right up the road, so many great shops and new restaurants that we decided next year we’d have to stay longer! The condos are mostly identical and come with all the necessary items to travel with a baby/toddler (which was a HUGE plus!). Every room has its own en suite, mattresses were super comfy. Kitchen was fully stocked. We plan to be back. Our group was 5 adults, 5 kids and there was plenty of room to spare. Everything was very clean and they provide a NorthStar login to be able to set alarm while you stay (w kids and doors leading to balconies it’s always a nice amenity). We didn’t try to fit out Yukon xl in garage but my sisters infinite suv fit in second unit. Looking forward to next year!

Thank you Alyssa for being so wonderful during our stay! We came in for a family reunion and loved this property and the location! Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and so nice that it came equipped with pack n plays and high chairs! Neighbors are quiet, King William is a beautiful area to walk during the day or at night. Very safe area and just a few minutes walk from the Riverwalk along with restaurants along the way if you want to avoid the Riverwalk crowd. Highly recommend!

Beautiful, clean and very quiet.

We were asked to move from this particular house to two different homes in a slightly different, gentrified area. The homes were lovely, impeccable, and comfortable. I gave the area 4 stars just because some parts are in poor condition, slightly sketchy. My husband and I had a very pleasant morning walk, though. We had great communication with the property managers. They gave quick responses and were kind when the answers were right in front of me! There were chips and salsa and Topo Chicos awaiting us! Nice. My husband forgot his toothbrush but they had some! The homes were very sleek and modern in decor. We had a lot of fun there. Thank you!

This was an amazing find! The properties are just as pictured. Very clean and spacious. We really loved the attention to detail the hosts made to make the stay that much better. They were also very responsive and replied to my questions within minutes. I definitely recommend!

The properties were great! Very clean and easy to access. So close to the River Walk. It accommodated us nicely. I would definitely stay here again.

We booked this property for our family of 14 during the Thanksgiving week. We had 2 townhomes. The property is beautiful. Very luxurious with attention to detail. Each townhome has 3 bedrooms with en suite bathroom and king size bed. The property is just a mile away from the Alamo and the river walk. Hope to be back again some time!
