Nothing the experience was horrible and even with for a formal complaint no one has reached out done anything.

not enough bedding for the number of beds, water burnt my 6-year-old it stayed too hot, she had to be taken to the ER the next day, the doors were locked upon our arrival waited nearly 30 minutes for anyone to open them,

Very well maintained and clean hotel. The staff are all friendly and warm and very hardworking. Breakfast had a decent variety from day to day, and it was well stocked with food levels being checked frequently. The daybed couch was brilliant and perfect for our six year old. The desk partition that opens allowed him privacy and could also be opened so we could check on him if needed. Lastly, the pool, while small, does already have a selection of life jackets for the kids. Such a thoughtful touch.

The bed was a little too soft. The room doors closed so loudly that it did startle my son, who was sleeping on the wall in the daybed.

Very clean and nice property

The front desk host was rude and unapologetic. When I got to the guest counter and after waiting for five minutes I rang the bell. The front desk came out of the back and acted as if I was bothering her. I tried to creat conversation and all the host responded with was one worded response. I came down a second time to ask for bedding. There were atleast 4 clients waiting stating they had-been waiting and frustrated with the wait..she then said yea. The other guest pointed to me I think he was waiting. I then asked for bedding she the grabbed the bedding and put it in top of the counter and said there.

Clean, very nice, great breakfast! Rooms were way better than expected!

The room was spacious for what we needed and ample parking.

We haven’t traveled since before Covid and had no clue that you had to request housekeeping. I mentioned that they should have told us that at check in or had that in writing somewhere and I was looked at like I had 2 heads. The guy said, “Well, you have to request it.” I would have if I had known. The breakfast was a bit lacking as well.

The value, the staff, the ease of checkin/checkout. It's a short drive to the cruise port in Galveston and far less expensive and congested. We enjoyed the breakfast as well!

Literally the ONLY thing we didn't like was the bathroom with a frosted glass door was directly across from the bed, so I woke up my husband while getting ready in the morning. That definitely is not a deterrant to us coming back though!
