House was spotless and well appointed for our group. The location can't be beat. If bringing a dog, please note that the backyard is only accessed from the side gate and not through the house.

House was as listed and info accurate. Interior lighting was on the dark side even with lights on. ....just an FYI. Great location, able to walk to the lake. Fyi, small kitchen for size of house.

Our families had a wonderful weekend in Tahoe vista! The house was perfect for our 2 families (4 adults and 4 kids under 6). There were enough bedrooms for everyone, including space for pack n plays! The upstairs “common room” was the perfect space for the kids to play as well as do calm down time with the tv! All of the beds were very comfortable! Note, if you have kids who are too young for stairs, I’d recommend bringing a baby gate. We brought one and it kept us adults from having to chase the 1 year old up and down all weekend. Thank you!!

This house is wonderful and in an incredible location, but the neighbors really tainted our stay. We BBQ'd one night outside in the backyard (it's a gas grill and not charcoal) and the neighbor called the fire department on us. We also had a dog in the house, which we left for two hours while we went to the beach. He was barking, and the neighbor called the county on us. The final day when we were leaving, the neighbor was also rude to us and asked if we were staying or leaving. It was all just pretty obnoxious and made the trip unpleasant. All in all - if you're staying here, it's an amazing place (it looks exactly like the pictures do) but beware of the neighbor.

This house was the perfect setting for a family gathering: big open room with kitchen, outdoor sitting areas, front porch, walk to lake, and comfortable beds that allow for good sleep. Will stay here again - we all loved it.

We had such an amazing time at this rental I'm happy to give it an excellent review. I'll just go in order of what made the biggest impressions on me… The place was immaculately clean. We felt so safe. Every drawer we opened, every plate or utensil we used, the bathrooms, etc. All spotless. The cleaning crew did an amazing job and it just felt so clean and comfortable. The cleanliness was an excellent first impression and made such an impact on us. The location! We had considered a more remote cabin before booking this one. I'm so glad we went with this one. This place has so much great accessibility to many things. We could walk to the public lakeside beach, and to restaurants. The street was a friendly mix of locals and tourists. Wonderful access to everything we wanted and needed within minutes. The overall layout of the house was so accommodating to our family. We stayed there with a mother-in-law and a brother-in-law plus his girlfriend and our daughter. All of us had our own rooms and they were situated in the way we all felt we had privacy and couldn't hear or bother one another. We could have even slept a whole other family in the upstairs rec room. I loved that the downstairs living room didn't have a TV but the upstairs was a nice TV and game playing gathering space. We'd originally planned to bring our dogs but didn't (to give ourselves a break), but the house would have been very dog friendly as well. And to come full circle back to the cleaning crew… when we left, my mother-in-law unknowingly left her wedding and engagement rings behind! The cleaning crew found them, called the office, and the office made arrangements to FedEx them back to her in her home state. Naturally we could not have been more thankful of their honesty. This place is topnotch. We will be going back!! I hope others enjoy it in the future as much as we did ☺

Great location to walk to all our favorite Kings Beach/Tahoe Vista places. Cabin was very comfortable for 7 of us. Kitchen well stocked (except for very dull knives ..lol) Great layout, and super nice large hot tub for apres ski. Drawback- it is a bit dark. Several of the overhead lights were out, and the fireplace did not work. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

We had a great time at this cabin. It was super clean, spacious, warm and comfy, a great time. The hot tub gazebo thing also was magical and allowed us to have quiet conversation at night and not annoy the neighbors.Thanks for the stay!
