3 bedroom flat with beautiful views to Teide and the ocean, 2 bathrooms, large kitchen with a dishwasher. It is very comfortable for families or larger groups. Staff is very friendly and reacts very quickly to all the messages. Friendly neighbors and nice, residential area, about 15 min walking to the historic center.

The flat needs a bit more maintenance (one picture felt down from the wall to our heads, just when we were sleeping…) and cleaning (e.g. windows, glass screen in the shower). It would be nice to provide it with some basic stuff, like few dishwashers tablets, dish soap, kitchen paper, toilet paper (one roll is not enough for one-week stay:).

The Flat was very clean and the staff very helpful and friendly.

The noise! I read some comments about it but I didn't think it was going to be that bad. The management should consider fitting triple glass (noise cancelling) as you can hear traffic noise at nights. We were 6 of us and our nights were not very pleasant.

The location is good, specially for the view both on mountain and ocean.

The furniture is low quality and aging badly, appart from the mattresses which were excellent. Some small things are broken here and there.

Cleanliness of all visible areas (floors, bathrooms, etc.), highly comfortable beds, two bathrooms, nice sunshine and brightness in entire apartment as it has south, southwest, and west orientations, beautiful views to Teide Volcano from the loggia, living room, and all three bedrooms, elevator, availability of parking, easy access if you travel by car like we did

Dirtiness of fridge and certain kitchen utensils (silverware) which we had to clean ourselves upon arrival, broken toilet seat in one of the bathrooms (was not fixed at all during our stay), lack of certain amenities (e.g. soap, wine glasses, chairs in loggia, etc.), relatively transparent curtains in bedrooms (daily light goes through in the mornings), a lot of noise coming from the nearby road which can be heard due to poor window isolation (and this is a very busy road connecting northern coast with Teide, especially in early morning and evening), location not suitable for people traveling without car
