Just as advertised. Easy check in/check out process but not super responsive when texting about an issue and late check out request (I had to text twice to get a response).

Location location location! Pool nearby, hiking , food and stores too! Met great people at the pool. Everything clean and beds where all comfy. All in all we will be back!!!

We have stayed at many Legacy Villas properties and absolutely loved this unit! Spacious, comfortable and great location made for a lovely stay.

Absolutely adorable place in a beautifully landscaped, gated community. Home is nestled up against the La Quinta mountains with great view from the enclosed patio. Next to a pool - just outside the French doors. The place itself is wonderful, clean, well appointed for a vacation rental, hotel linens, 3 flat screen TVs, great kitchen! Very comfortable and cozy furniture. Definitely coming back and staying here for our next getaway. Highly recommend booking this place if you’re looking for a quiet getaway with friends or family.

This is a great property. Roomy and well stocked. Right by the pool which is great if you have younger children. The pool in this area is quiet and not crowded. A wonderful property that we hope to visit again!

The home had everything we needed and check in and check out were very easy. My only concern is that there was existing damage to the unit. They are pet friendly and seems a larger dog may have been left alone and had their way with the window shutters. We let them know. Would be nice to just have a list of known issues so you don’t feel like you have to take photos and then try to get ahold of them. Other than that the area is very quiet, and the locals are very friendly!

This was our first stay in a three bedroom townhouse and we were so happy for the upgrade! The satellite pool right off the back deck was so conveniently located for the family especially mid week. The home itself exceeded our expectations and we loved the floor plan with the two bedrooms away from the master.Lastly, we loved that we were able to bring our dog and the space with the cool tile was perfect for him!We will be back!

It was a great location right by one of the pools and the property was very clean when we got there.

Our family loved our stay at this Legacy Villa unit! We loved how clean, spacious and beautiful the condo was. The whole property is so beautiful with the Mountain View behind us and the pool right outside our door. We would definitely come back and next time make use of the pool and jacuzzi right outside the patio. We highly recommend this place!

The Legacy Villas complex is beautifully landscaped and great for walking. Some of used the hot tubs and exercise room. All were pleased. Our unit was spotlessly clean and very comfortable - and with a few of the holiday decorations we brought placed about, it was a warm and cozy environment. All reported that the beds were very comfortable, We were sad to leave on our first day of sun and have all agreed we’d love to return in slightly warmer weather. Would have loved to spend time out on the beautiful patio. I would rent this unit again in a heartbeat.

We enjoyed the patio and pool right outside our condo. Legacy Villas is a beautiful complex with pools, exercise room and lovely outdoor walkways beside the mountains. It is within walking distance of old town. I would recommend this condo to friends and family. The management company was very easy to deal with and the check in check out process was excellent.
