Silver Sands was the best! Very accommodating for 13 of us and very convenient location. We were right across the street from the pool and within blocks from the beach. Destin Dreamers were very helpful and nice. They even brought us a bottle of wine and checked in on us to make sure everything was good. Highly recommend! You will not be disappointed!

Nice condo. A few things not working that maintenance came and repaired. Sofa in living room needs to be replaced. Literally falling apart. Good access to beach. We were there for family vacation. The rest of the people there were college spring breakers. Police there several times. Not really what we expected for what we paid.

The home was true to the pictures online. The beach is a few minutes away. Kitchen is well equipped. Golf cart needs some updates like seatbelts difficult to open and close. Living room couch dirty and cushions are very thin. Replace with expanded seating. Overall, very pleasant stay and nice quiet neighborhood. Would stay again. Bedrooms are very comfortable.

This home was clean and in a great location. We enjoyed the game room and the community pool is directly across from the property. The host even dropped off a bottle of wine, which was great. Only complaint is, a new sofa is needed in the living room. When you sit down it sinks so low it was uncomfortable. Overall we had great vacation.

Destin Dreamers was a delight to rent from, excellent communication and very helpful. The house was clean, the sheets and towels were soft, the kitchen was well stocked, and the electronics were modern and convenient. So many thoughtful touches to make it feel like home. Lots of privacy with the third floor bedrooms. The second floor is perfect for parents and kids—lots of bunks! A bit of a long walk to the beach so the golf cart was well appreciated. Highly recommend!

This properly is perfect for a large group. The house is fully equipped for cooking, cleaning, and the beach! We had a group of 12 with ages 1-3 all the way up to 65. Plenty of room for everyone and so much fun for the kids and adults with games everywhere! We will be back

This property was great!! Golf cart makes it a perfect place to stay. We were always able to find a parking spot at the beach and it was such a life saver back and forth with the kids and multiple families. Restaurants, gas station, grocery, shops are all right there. The house is beautiful with everything you need. They even had a few beach chairs, towels, toys, and umbrella!

We had 12 guests. Our hosts were very responsive to our inquiries and made sure we had enough bath & beach towels. The little extras were awesome. The house is new, clean and well stocked. We left some puzzles for future guests!

Pretty much as advertised. Perfect for large families, tons of space to put people and never feels crowded. Amenities were also great (pool, golf cart, etc). There were some of the cool perks that didn't work. Both video game systems were broken and the pool table was a little wonky, but good for kids. Overall a great place to stay - onsite concierge was super responsive, excellent service.

We loved our stay. Check-in and Check-out could not have been easier. Even though the pictures are impressive, this home is actually more impressive in person. I highly recommend this unit and we will definitely be coming back!

Overall our stay was very enjoyable. The only problem I had was the furniture was noticeable stained. The pool house was so convenient to grill right across the street.

My family and I were a little skeptical about booking a vacation during the time that Covid-19 numbers were at a rising high. We decided to take a big chance and book our family vacation anyway. This particular beach house caught the eye of one of my daughters and we were all drawn to the pictures of the house and it’s descriptions online about all the bedrooms, bathrooms and game room. When we got to house we were all amazed that it was gorgeous just like the pictures. The communication with the managers made it easy to book the reservation and they also communicated with me on when and how to check-in. My whole family enjoyed our stay and the golf cart was also a big hit. It made it easy for us to get back and forth to the beach without having to use our own vehicles. We have already decided that we would like to come back to this same beach house next year.

We knew we’d spend a lot of time at the house because we had kids with us, and this house was perfect. There’s separation of space so couples and families had their own areas, the kids had an area to play, and the big beautiful kitchen was perfect for games and drinking. We had a few questions upon arrival and the property manager was extremely available for us. Highly recommend staying! We would definitely look forward to staying again.

We had three families, 10 people total. The Division of the three floors works out perfectly when you have adults and teenagers. The living area is a little small for the number of people tgat can stay in the house but it’s made up for with the seating around the island in the kitchen for sure. And the refrigerator and freezer had plenty of space for us. Having the golf cart was a LIFESAVER!! The teen girls wanted to go play volleyball every night so it was easy way to transport them to and from. And the walk to the beach was pretty easy I thought. More than anything the communication with Jonathon and Arlen was ALWAYS prompt.

We had a great stay at the Silver Sands location. The property including directions for check-in, golf cart use and other amenities were exactly as specified in the rental information and videos. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing stay near the beach.

Love this property. The second living space with video games and pool table was a highlight for our group. We had storms move in for 3 days and it was a great entertainment when we couldn't spend time at the beach. Highly recommend this home!

This house is amazing! We had a group of 16 people and could not have been happier. The setup is perfect for kids, including the fact that the house is right across from the community pool. We cooked several meals here and had everything we needed. The beds are super comfortable as well! I had questions several times before our visit and the communication with the property manager(s) was great. We would definitely stay here again.

The golf cart,pool house and big green eggs were some of the highlights. The kids spent hrs in the arcade area also. Check in was simple and professional. Communication was timely and prompt response from property manager. Home was clean and just as advertised. Beautiful property across from the pool and 3 blocks from the beach. The golf cart was a great way to get around. Would stay again. Only downside was some basic staples were not supplied as with other vrbo properties, salt and pepper/soaps/paper towels/k cups. Otherwise very comfortable , fun vacation experience

Vacation Rental was great. Very clean and nicely decorated. The kids area was great. They were entertained while at house. The property manager was very helpful. We will definitely consider this property again.

Chris clearly communicated with us and showed us how to use the golf cart. The check-in process went fine with a little delay from the cleaning crew (not their fault). This is a Amazing home with plenty of room. I would recommend this home for any family wanting to take a vacation to Miramar. Well equipped from top to bottom. There was Four Adults and Nine Kids on our stay and I must say the Game Room was a hit, the kids loved it. The golf cart was a life saver with our large group traveling back and forth to the beach. We also enjoyed the pool and lounge area, elegant and very relaxing. Chris was very helpful in our stay and aimed to please. We plan to stay here again. Hutto Family.

What can I say.....this place is AMAZING and management(Chris) is the bomb! The location is PERFECT. Right down the road from the beach! We took the golf cart each time and it made everything so easy. They also provided beach toys and floats. The house is beyond beautiful. Very modern, CLEAN, and enough space for everyone!!oh let’s not forget the pool and pool house....outstanding! This is the only place my family and I will stay in Destin. We can’t wait to go back. Do yourself a favor and BOOK! :-)
